    • Windows wants me to activate it - says product key might not be valid
Feedback for: jumper Laptop 16GB DDR5 512GB SSD, Intel Quad-Core N100 Processor (Up to 3.4G), 16" 1200P FHD Display, Laptops Computer with 4 Stereo Speakers, 38WH Battery, Cooling System, Expandable 256GB TF Card. Good unit, light weight and about 5hr battery life fully charged. The audio output is good on some stations and not loud enough on others. An ethernet cable was not included in the item I purchased. I double checked what's in the box and the item description does not include an ethernet cable - just be aware of that in case you need one. What I didn't know was trying to "activate Windows" that there was a possibility for problems. I had to load all the laptop updates and the machine rebooted several times... still have 1 reboot pending I will reboot after typing this feedback. It now says Windows is "activated" Having an issue keeping my android cell phone "paired" with the chromebook laptop - it connects for about 15-seconds and then drops out. This becomes an issue when trying to provide 2nd verification of email passwords and other account access. I didn't have issues with this on my previous chromebook made about 10-years ago. Those are the issues encountered thus far. Overall the unit seems ready to go and gets online with HOME Wi-Fi. Regards, Charles ... show more

The product is very light and easy to carry. The product comes with office for one year which is very nice. The overall process of setting the laptop up is smooth and easy. The laptop can pretty much cover normal daily usage.

    • There's one speaker box inside..

OK.. I can be forgiving of the one speaker box built into the top right corner.. but at least say 1 not 4.. And I carefully opened it to make sure it was not my imagination, it's not defective it has one speaker box.. So that's partly why I'm giving it three stars, but also the ssd seems really really slow.. At least include a faster one for the price & fix the listing description's speaker claims.. One positive note, it is very easily serviceable and the battery can be replaced if it goes bad.. And another positive note, they make it easy to replace/upgrade the ssd, and it's built well.. So you're getting a quality laptop with some trade offs to make it cheaper, like a way too quiet speaker.. Hey at least you're not paying an arm or leg to buy it like an apple product, just be aware it's budget made.. ... show more

I'm so glad I got an amazing deal on this computer. It was outperforms my laptop that was in the same price range 2 years ago. I was a little hesitant buying a brand I literally knew nothing about, but the specs were good, and turns out it's great!
