The computer itself seems fine. The users manual, and signing up (yet again) for windows, not so fine. For an unknown reason, I spent about four hours trying to get signed up to use my new computer. I did the complete setup six or eight times, each time being sent back when I thought I was done. I eventually downloaded a Linux system to my portable hard drive, which I couldn't access without fully getting windows set up. Then when I could access the portable drive, it wiped out the Linux system as soon as I tried to access it. There is no way to get around Windows set up, and I resent having to give them my personal information, especially when I don't want to use windows. In my opinion, the computer rates five stars, but the software rates no stars. ... show more

This laptop is really amazing. it is very light and portable, less than 5lb heavy but really powerful. The Intel Celeron Quad Core CPU ensures smooth and efficient performance, allowing me to multitask seamlessly. The 4GB DDR4 RAM complements the CPU, enhancing the laptop's overall speed and responsiveness. I am able to do 4K video editing with music play back without any problem. The hardware H.264 and H.265 decoding enable the HD video playback very smoothly. The 128GB storage provides ample space for storing documents, photos, and applications. It strikes a good balance between capacity and speed. The inclusion of Windows 11 and a 1-year subscription to Office 365 is a remarkable value addition. It definitely worth the money. ... show more

    • The battery life and the screen problem
Well after using this laptop for just over one month and 6 days, I have noticed a red vertical line in the screen and unfortunately I just missed the return window by 6 days , witch is suck, so I will not advice anyone to buy this product due to the screen problem, and also I never dropped this laptop so I should not have this issue just after using it for just that short period of time. The battery does not last all day as advertised, mine after a fully charged battery, I will be lucky if I have 2h20mn out of it. ... show more

Better than Chromebook but not for power user. Works like a chime, easy setup and use, no major issue when use for surfing and browsing email. It does have limited RAM so can't run many top games. Overall great for casual usage.
