I’ve been using the Jumper EZpad V12 Pro for over a week now, and it’s honestly been a pleasant surprise given its price and specs. The 12-inch touchscreen is vibrant and sharp, making everyday tasks like browsing, reading, and watching videos a lot more enjoyable than I expected. I primarily use it in laptop mode with the detachable magnetic keyboard, which snaps on securely and types decently well, though the keys feel a bit shallow. The installed processor and RAM handle multitasking surprisingly well—I can keep 20+ Chrome tabs open without any noticeable lag. The SSD drive provides plenty of space for my files, and I appreciate the extra TF slot if I ever want to expand. It runs Windows 11 smoothly, and most apps open quickly without issue. I was initially unsure about the dual stereo speakers, but they’re actually loud and clear enough for casual streaming or video calls. The anti-glare screen coating really helps when I'm using it near windows or outdoors. Battery life isn’t incredible, but it gets me through 4-5 hours of regular use, which is fine for my needs. The build is lightweight but doesn't feel too fragile—great for travel or tossing in a backpack. This little 2-in-1 Jumper laptop totally exceeded my expectations! The 2K touchscreen is super sharp and responsive—great for browsing, streaming, or working on the go. It’s surprisingly fast with the 12GB DDR5 RAM and 512GB SSD, and switching between laptop and tablet mode is super smooth. The detachable keyboard feels solid, and the dual speakers and cameras are great extras. Lightweight, portable, and stylish—perfect for travel, school, or just chilling on the couch. I want to start by pointing how deeply deceptive this brand is with their pricing. They have literally marked up the original selling price by 4x only to then turn around it and discount it to the same price as comparable tablets from other brands. Unfortunately, I fell for it. It arrived with a display panel that was loose but could be pushed firmly back into place. There were large areas around the edge of the display that bleed significant amounts of bright light so the edges would appear discolored when looking at a black/dark powered on screen. It's a shame because I otherwise liked the feel of the metal body of the device. If not for the bad screen, they could have fooled me in terms of durability. Next up, despite having a high amount of ram and large storage size, it runs a bit on the slow side. This was mostly noticeable when scrolling through the Windows interface or web browser. I had originally bought this device to plug into my electric keyboard so I use it with Melodics to teach myself how to play piano but because the processor is so low end, there was very high latency and I needed to play frantically to hit the keys early otherwise I'd miss the notes. I did not use this long enough unplugged to make much comment with the battery life but this thing gets hot and the fans inside would get very loud for a tablet - more so because I had to turn on performance mode in WIndows setting to get it to run fast enough to be useful. The other thing I need to mention is that you should not expect to be able to find any drivers or bios firmware on the manufacturer's website because this product is not even listed on their English website. It is listed on their Chinese website but the driver downloads were mostly dead links that tried to redirect me to Baidu. I am planning on returning this device tomorrow but save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more reputable and honest brand.
