This 16 inch flip laptop is a device I recently bought, and I am quite satisfied with the experience. Usually, I use the computer for office work, occasional video watching, simple photo editing and document processing, and this computer can just meet these needs. Its storage space configuration is quite practical, equipped with 16GB of memory (there is also an empty slot that can be added by yourself), 512GB SSD plus 128GB eMMC, the system startup and program loading speed are very fast. More importantly, the SSD can be expanded to 2TB, and it feels that it will not be too troublesome to upgrade in the future, which is quite reassuring. I prefer its 2-in-1 design, and the screen can be flipped 360 degrees. I use the notebook mode when I work at home, and use it as a tablet when I lie in bed and watch TV at night. The switching mode is very smooth. The touch is also sensitive, which is convenient for sliding and turning pages at any time. The screen performance is also good. The 16-inch large screen is comfortable to look at, with clear resolution, and it is no problem to use it for photo editing or watching some high definition videos. The keyboard is backlit, so i can see the keys clearly even without turning on the light at night, which is a plus for me who often writes at night. Another very practical little feature is fingerprint unlocking. I don't have to enter a password every time. I can log in with just one tap, which is convenient and improves security. Although the processor is not high-end, it can meet my daily needs.

This is a toy, computer, it can't up date. It took over an hour and it said 6% download. It's an old operating system but it has awesome RAM and ROM. I was unable to test the specs. After one hour at 6% I placed it back in it's box: return to sender. This must be a joke!

This is my first time using a rotatable laptop, and the experience is fantastic. The 360-degree hinge makes it easily transforms from a laptop to a tablet, giving me the flexibility to use it in different ways depending on what I’m doing. It really feels like having both a laptop and an iPad in one device. The touchscreen is smooth and responsive, and the large screen size makes it very easy to read, even from a distance. Terrible! The OS stopped working after having it a few months. It runs an automatic repair which fails and loops back to the repair. I have been trying to get customer service who are on a holiday October 1-8. They first told me to download a link on an empty flashdrive and put it in the laptop to restore the OS. I would not trust doing that (downloading something I don't know where it is coming from) and the link was not downloadable. I went to their website and it flagged it on my computer as not verified, so I was afraid to click on anything there. I have requested a refund.. we will see. It's super frustrating as I was using it for my new work laptop and now have to rely on my old one that only works on a charger. Not good value for the money as it doesn't work!
