When I received this lap to today I got it started just fine. It went through the updates and died. It will not charge or work with the charger plugged in.

I have been very happy with this Jumper laptop. The 17.6 inch FHD screen looks crisp and gives me plenty of space for multitasking. The back-lit keyboard feels comfortable and makes late evening work easier. Performance has been smooth with the N5095 processor and 16GB RAM, and the 1TB SSD gives me more than enough room for files. Build quality is top notch and I like how sturdy it feels. The battery lasts well through classes and meetings, and WiFi 6 keeps my connection steady, this makes it very portable and easy to move around with. The media could not be loaded. I’m really impressed. The display is beautiful—colors look vivid and accurate thanks to the 100% sRGB FHD screen. It’s great for watching videos and doing design work. Performance is smooth and fast. With 16GB of RAM and the N5095 processor, it handles multiple tabs, Office 365, and even light photo editing without slowing down. The 1TB SSD plus 128GB of extra storage gives me tons of space for files and projects. I also love the backlit keyboard, which makes typing at night much easier. When it arrived I attempted to charge it which failed. I contacted Amazon and elected to buy a replacement charger which solved the problem. It does seem to use more power than I would have envisioned. No problem with the Wifi connectivity and the boot time could be better.

Its the17.6 inch display and works very well. The price a little over $400 is unmacthed. However, the backlight, I cant find a way to make it work.
