    • Works great, keyboard and touchpad take some getting use to
The computer runs great and the screen is fantastic. I need a laptop with a decent size SSD to be able to run VMs, and it does well at that. On the downside, the touchpad is fairly large, and the keyboard is larger than I'm used to. I find myself accidentally hitting the touchpad quite a bit, and it's taking a lot of getting accustomed to the keyboard. I'd recommend the laptop, but you may want to add a separate keyboard and mouse to make the experience better. ... show more

    • Absolute worst computer
I have had this computer for a while now and HATE it. It constantly shuts down while being used. It also will randomly jump around when I am typing and start typing in the middle of my document. I waste so much time trying fix it. Update: I thought this computer couldn't get any worse, boy was I wrong. Have now had it for 1 year. Bluetooth no longer works, USB errors out. Computer locks up after 40 minutes and you have to do a hard shut down to get it working again. Also locks up if left idle for more than 10 minutes and again you have to do a hard shut down to get it going again. Absolutely the worst computer I have ever owned.     • Where is the Webcam? No Microsoft office either
I bought this excited to see all the advertised bells and whistles only to get on a zoom meeting and realize I need to purchase a Webcam attachment separate because this laptop doesn't come with one...also i still gad to purchase microsoft office even though its advertised as a free year....disappointed to say the least but it's a large enough purchase so I'm dealing with it.     • Why does the screen flicker?
I was so excited when I got my laptop but I ended up returning it 5 days later. I could not stop the screen from flickering. I tried to troubleshoot it but nothing worked. I was told it had something to do with Windows 11. Who knows. Super disappointed.
