I wish we had room for another chair, because I would definitely buy another. It took a little while to get here, and it comes in 2 separate boxes. The chair arrived and had an electrical issue that was not able to be fixed. Amazon and the seller stood behind the product 100 percent and made it right. I was a bit unhappy at first but they were kind, courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you for your kindness and for the great customer service. Oh, also, the chair was quite comfortable to sit in. a bit tricky to assemble just because it took two people to coax the sides out but I was very pleasantly surprised at the fact they could get such a nice large chair all in one box. The fabric is soft a bit like faux swede. The cushions are puffy and full. The chair seat has a nice coil spring seat support in addition to the cushion and is very comfortable to sit in. The fabric was pretty wrinkled from being in such a tight box but within a day all of the wrinkles had come out and it looks great. I believe this item is a good value for the money. ... show more

    • Broken in less than 3 weeks.
This chair was easy to assemble and came quickly. The top of the back rest is permanently indented due to how they packed it. Now that we have had the chair for 3 weeks it no longer massages or heats. Also, to return this chair we have to pay return postage even though it was Prime.

Chair looks very nice in the living room. It's a little smaller than my old lazyboy, and at first was a little hard, but it's slowly softening up. the heat function is nice and the vibration feels good. What I don't like is now the whole family wants to sit in my chair! I don't like that you can't lean back in the chair unless you put the feet up. I feel it sits too straight for me and sometimes just want to lean back instead of put the feet up. It kinda swing rocks versus a regular rocking chair style. Plenty of pockets and I love the cup holders. Putting the feet up is easy, but putting the foot rest down does takes some effort to click it in it's locked down position. Definitely can watch TV or fall asleep in the chair. I had a small issue putting the back rest together with the seat, but the seller was fantastic at resolving the problem quickly. Got for hubby to use after knee replacement. He is so grateful for it. He has plenty of opportunities to stand from a seated position from other sources that this gives him less stress getting to standing and feeling like he's not "plopping down with jerking motions. He has slept in it most days as laying down for extended periods of time on the bed gets very uncomfortable for his leg. It lays back pretty far and stands to almost standing position.
