I waited to make a review because I wanted to see how well it held up after the other reviews. I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s been used daily. Pros every thing works still. I’ve slept in it as well and it still works great. The heat is not hot it’s just good enough. The massage is actually decent and you can change from high to low. You can change the setting timer from 15,30 and 60 minutes. You can choose to only massage certain parts. I think it’s well worth the money. Cons I wish it reclined flatter so you could lay more flat. I have to use a pillow in my lumbar area because it starts hurting quickly. But overall it’s great. Putting it together was simple. I will come back and update if it falls apart after I review this. I’m hoping the material lasts. ... show more

I was hesitant to order this chair. It couldn't be any good, right? It's perfect. Now you aren't gonna want to sit it next to a piece of fine leather furniture, but if you have that you probably aren't looking at this chair. It is attractive faux leather. Super comfortable. Excellent range of motion when reclining and lifting. It is the perfect size for me. I'm 5'5"and 142 pounds. I've been sleeping/living in it since having several plastics procedures with no complaints. It's big enough for me to move around comfortably, but not so large that I roll over on my side (I need to sleep in an upright position). The recliner didn't arrive on time, but I ordered it early. Keep timing in mind. It comes in two boxes, with one coming one day and the other a couple days later. Not the fault of the chair, though, so lateness isn't accounted for in this review.     • Pretty good, not exceptional.
One of the 2 chairs I ordered was delivered with damage to the seat unit, such that the back could not be assembled to the seat. After an internet search, several emails and phone calls I was finally able to identify the manufacturer, who did send an undamaged, replacement seat unit. I was then able to fully assemble the 2nd chair. Positives include that the chairs work. The electronically controlled recline, lift, massage and heat features work. There are cup holders in both arms. The chairs are reasonably comfortable and, with the electronic lift feature, easy for an elderly person to get in and out of. The price was right. The downsides are that the head rest is not adjustable and not quite high enough for a tall person watching TV while partially reclined; the control boxes consist of two hardwired hand-held units with dangling wires; there are no storage compartments in the chair arms; and the storage pouches on the sides of the chair are on the small side. ... show more

    • I feel I got more than expected.

When I ordered this chair I did it because I tried to put a love seat in the basement but I could not get it down the stairs. So I decided to do a chair for watching TV and gaming. It had to fit down the stairs, the basement is cold so I thought heat would be a good option. Reclining was a plus so I did not have to have yet another piece of furniture in an small area. I was looking to stay between 200 and 300. I found this chair and ordered it. It came quicker than expected, actually half did which was confusing at first but somehow the 2 boxes got separated at some point. I would say it was pretty easy to put together as no bolts are required. After it was all said and done I found out this chair also swivels, rocks and have message in it. All things I did not notice when ordering it. I have used it for about 3 weeks and so far I am very happy with it. I use the message way more than I expected it to. The only complaint I have is that the controller for the heat and message can not be read in the low light. Not a deal breaker. Not thick leather so if you have animals or kids...... might be an issue down the line. ... show more

The chair arrived and had an electrical issue that was not able to be fixed. Amazon and the seller stood behind the product 100 percent and made it right. I was a bit unhappy at first but they were kind, courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you for your kindness and for the great customer service. Oh, also, the chair was quite comfortable to sit in. a bit tricky to assemble just because it took two people to coax the sides out but I was very pleasantly surprised at the fact they could get such a nice large chair all in one box. The fabric is soft a bit like faux swede. The cushions are puffy and full. The chair seat has a nice coil spring seat support in addition to the cushion and is very comfortable to sit in. The fabric was pretty wrinkled from being in such a tight box but within a day all of the wrinkles had come out and it looks great. I believe this item is a good value for the money. ... show more
