The manual said it was a two-person assembly job, but I put it together by myself in 3 half-days over the holidays and built it on a concrete 6x6 slab i had poured prior. I did need brief assistance to get the roof to fall in place. Having a rubber mallet and a new power drill made putting this together really easy. The shed material was very easy to work with, the parts were clearly marked, and the instructions were easy to follow. Once installed we had 4" of rain and I checked the shed once it stopped and no water at all inside so very happy with the product once I had my mover and other things inside it.

I received one box for my 6x4 resin shed and I think I’m missing a second box as there are no instructions and no floor is included in the box I received. I tried contacting Jummico for support but their website does not connect and there is no phone number to call. All I can do is return the product and purchase from another company that can support an issue if I encounter one.

This building has held up in some pretty strong winds and holds what I needed it to. The walls are not strong enough for you to lean things against them or even screw wall organizers like shown in the pictures. It hasn't leaked. It did take 3 people to put it up, 2 to do the work and 1 to interpret the pictures. There really are over 66 steps. It was done in 1 day. That includes building the platform for it to sit on. You Can Not place this on the ground without support. I don't know how it will do in the snow and ice but it's doing great with wind and rain. I would buy the bigger size, but the husband said this was the size he wanted.

Really like this shed, it fit perfectly on the side of my house out of view. This seemed to be one of the few sheds that has a side door and is small enough to fit in my tight spot. But it’s big enough to get my mower in and tools. I got a stand up 4tier shelf and put it next to the mower for more supplies. Just what I was looking for and looks great!

Once completed, it looks nice. It was extremely difficult to assemble, taking 6 hours with 2 people, one of whom is a professional handyman. The hinges & lock should attach somehow on the inside for security. A padlock won't help a lot since all anyone has to do is remove the screws (which are all external) on the hinges and/or handle and they're in. At this time, we can't really give a fair rating on weatherproofing since it was just assembled, and weather has been nice. Not happy with a price drop in the week between ordering and receiving. Would like to see the difference refunded.

I assemble it all by myself in half day. If you are a Lego passionate like me is just a matter to follow carefully the 66 steps matching right pieces and rights screws. I used a rubber hammer to help me and I will strongly suggest a second person for the roof part. Beside this everything matched perfectly and I'm super happy

I am disabled and hired a neighborhood young man to assemble it. When we opened the boxes, we discovered 2 floor pieces were missing. I paid the fellow $75 for showing up and we repacked the boxes. It took 4 days to get the third party seller to provide a shipping label. As I don’t have a FedEx account, I can’t call and schedule a pickup. I will have to figure out a way to get these rather large and heavy boxes to FedEx. Even assuming I can get them in my car and my refund comes, I’m still out $75. I told all of this to the seller via messages but they never replied to anything other than to offer to send the missing parts and ultimate send shipping labels. They told me to call FedEx for pickup. As the shed is made of such thin resin product, I doubt that it would have withstood a strong wind. Further, I bought it because it has a floor (assuming the parts were there and they weren’t), but the directions instructed to place it on a wooden or concrete foundation. If you want something that will be strong and easy to construct, I’d suggest that you look elsewhere.

New out door pet house easy to install, lots of screws but it’s firm and weatherproof. It rained like crazy in Texas and my pet stay nice and dry zero leaks well worth your money
