We received this tent just in time to throw it in the truck and head out camping. As we were driving, it occurred to me that maybe I should have checked it out first? But we didn’t need to- it contained all the parts, was easy to set up, fit perfectly in our truck and made for a great’s night sleep! (Due in part to the air mattress we put inside! ;) We spent three nights at Flaming Gorge and it worked great! I was easy to put away so we could drive and do stuff during the day, then reassembled easily each night! This tent exceeded all of my expectations. Was easy to assemble and setup. Super light and takes up very little room when packing. Very nice tent, I was able to put it up in the bed of the 05 Dodge Ram truck 6ft bed in about 15 min, I didn't have to put it on the ground first. I have a foldable bed cover and this tent fit nicely with it, no issues there, and the opening fits to the tailgate like a little balcony. Zippers were easy to zip open and closed, no binding. The material is the typical tent type material, pretty strong, and I had no bad seams. The poles are fiberglass, and bent well and easy. I took the tent down part way by pulling the poles part the way out and collapsing the entire tent so I could close the bed cover so we could drive down the road to the lake with no issues, and putting it back up was a 5 min process. All the cords for tying down fit all the places they needed to anchor to. The floor is the same material as the whole tent, I thought it was going to be a tarp like material, but not this one, but still no issues. I cant wait to go out again with this tent, Im glad I got it. ... show more

I have a 6.5’ Ford F150 bed with a BAK Revolver X2 Tonneau cover with Thule TracRac rails. To install I rolled the top fwd, put the tailgate down and added to slit tennis balls to protect the BAK opening mechanisms from cutting the tent. I found that the tent does fit nicely over the rolled top and the cross poles fit/slot into the Thule tracks. I did find the tent fabric does stretch more taunt at the front due to going over the toll but I was able to sleep comfortably inside (I’m 6’2”) . The tent sets up pretty easily. I set the first two (cross) poles with the tent on the ground. I pop them into the pockets and lift the semi erect tent onto the bed. Please watch the straps with the hooks so the don’t catch on the sides or tailgate as you lift. Once up , bug before strapped, I insert the remaining long and short poles. Now the problem: the poles are quite cheap and have a thin elastic string to keep them together. I found that in the evening that the string on the long pole were found snapped. Evidently, after I left them in my truck (in their package) during the day (on the floor) the heat (outside was 103 degrees - likely hotter inside the truck ) heated up the metal pole attachments and melted the thin strings that were in tension over their edge ) even though they were used once for a test set up in cool weather and carefully put back in their pouch. The second day I left the pouch in my cooler. Although broken I managed to use it as it was in compression, but was a pain. In short, good design , a bit thin fabric (but ok for price), decent straps, very poor poles with crappy thin elastic string. But does work with my set up. ... show more

Tent was very easy to set up. Started out as a two day trip, it turned into a four day trip. I really like this tent. Now JOYTUTUS just needs to mak a tent extention. (Extra pic for ideas)

Me and my son went camping with this tent twice. All the stitching is coming undone. The sleeves where you slide the poles through have multiple holes already. All the rubber ends have fallen off. The zippers keep getting stuck. My 5 year old son had a breakdown because i couldn’t open the tent and there was a bug inside with him. It’s a great idea but the materials were garbage on my unit. I would like a return. Don’t waste your money. Oh and the customer service well there is none. They give numbers that don’t work and a AI robot to talk to. ... show more
