This tent is seriously awesome. It fits two average sized adults comfortably, plus you can squeeze in a small child or two for a cuddly night. I used it with an inflatable mattress and it was such a dope set up. The kids loved playing in it too. Putting it together is as easy as any other regular camping tent, with color coded rods and hooks that are super easy to clip onto the truck. It fit the 5ft bed of my 2025 Tacoma perfectly. It didn't rain so I can’t testify to that but it seemed to be pretty resistant to the morning dew.

First time setting this tent up and I’m quite pleased with how easy it was, along with the snug fit. It’s much more roomy than I thought on the inside! The material looks like good quality that should stay nice and dry through our PNW rain. I love how the flaps go over the sides of the bed which will keep water from pooling in the bed. We’ve got a coupe roll up camping pads so I’m sure it’ll be a cozy experience when we take it out tomorrow. I also really like the design and colors 👍

I was excited to receive this tent to use on the back of my truck. Fast delivery and it came out of the box looking great. I decided to put it together in garage to make sure I understood and it was fairly simple. Little of adjusting back and forth to get the rods evenly spaced, but not tough at all. Put it on the truck and it was a pretty good fit, not perfect, but good. Strapped down fairly easily although around the tailgate took some getting used to. Roomy inside, flaps seemed to seal well, decent height, and I didn’t feel like it was going to blow away off my truck. I left it in my garage overnight and then took it down in preparation for going camping. That’s when I found the issue. The little nylon pockets where the rod ends rest. The two in the back toward the cab of the truck were looking like they were going to break. I immediately started thinking about reinforcing them somehow, then realized if it’s doing this on a test run, how fast is this going to wear out and break? I’m guessing I’d have to buy another tent once a year or slightly more. At this price, it’s not worth buying yearly-ish. I think if the company makes the nylon rod end holders more durable, this would be great. I debated whether to get a replacement, but decided to try another brand so I started the return process. The company reached out to me and were really nice + concerned about the issue. I sent them pictures. They offered to replace, but I already have another brand being shipped. If I have problems with the other tent, I may give this unit another try. Maybe I just got an “off” unit, but there didn’t seem to be anything wrong with the nylon. Maybe too much pressure on it. I was going to give a little less stars, but the customer service was surprisingly good and overall the tent met all my needs except durability Update: Customer service reached out to me and, even after I was refunded, wanted to try to make things right. They ended up shipping me another unit for me to try. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with the support received. They were very pleasant throughout and only wanted to help me. I tried the new unit and it did not have the same issue with the nylon pockets. I’m glad that turned out to be unusual. I’ve now used the tent 4 times and it’s great. Good fit on my truck. The only issue I’ve noticed over time is the liner is a tad thin. It’s already starting to show a couple minor pinpoint holes. It’s a good tent though. Definitely adding a star back and would recommend, especially if you can catch it on sale!

The 6.0-6.3 fits a 2010 ford ranger very well. I have not tried it camping yet, but after looking at others this is the only one I could find which would fit a compact trucks width. Set up is quick (less than 10 minutes), with poles being color coded. 2 people make it easier. Put tent together on ground, then lift into truck, secure, and you’re done. Pics don’t show rain fly, but rain fly is included and fits well.

Great tent. Fairly easy to put up by yourself. First time can be frustrating, but practice makes perfect. Used it in winter camping, in snow, sleet, rain. Stayed warm and dry. It is waterproofed, but would recommend sealing again just to make sure. Only complaint is it has no hooks inside beside the one in the middle at the top of the tent. Had to purchase magnetic hooks to hang my lights. Also would suggest making a designated cable/extension chord entry.

The media could not be loaded. Pros: - easy to set up on your own - stayed up without issue against three days and nights of constant 35mph winds - 2 mesh pockets on either side and an access point for the rear truck window - nice big windows on either side - about the size of a 3-person tent, so two average sized people should fit comfortably and without issue. - bottom of the tent extends out to the edge of the tailgate, creating a great transitional area between outside and inside. I didn’t buy the awning addition, and I wouldn’t have put it up in the wind anyway, but might work well for a low-wind location. Cons: - NOT waterproof, had to wipe down the tent every morning from the fog’s condensation. - cheap plastic fastenings and connectors, broke one out of the package, but was still able to secure the strap by tying it. - zippers were low quality. The hardest part of using this tent was trying to zip the damn door shut. There could have also been more than one zipper on each zip for easier access. - design of the hooks on the secure straps was subpar. They were coated with protective rubber, but only on the tip. Did some significant scratching on the sides of my truck, which could have been averted if I’d put a cushion between the hooks and the truck, or if the hook had been fully coated. - The poles were meant to sit in the holes used for installing toolboxes and lumber bars, but my bed liner covers those holes up and it was very difficult to figure out where to rest the poles without them. Overall: Don’t buy if you’re expecting wet or humid weather, but it worked great in the wind. Easy to set up, but the zippers were a struggle. Wish it Had: a skylight window option and loops on the corners for truck bed/floor camping versatility
