Started with Joytale by purchasing a Joytale Harness for our large breed dog a few months back. Felt satisfied with the quality and durability of not only the reflective nylon, but with the clasps/clips. Received our cute new collar recently purchased and it met our expectations and we really liked the price for the collar + name plate. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Sizing was perfect. I feel safer walking my dog at night and seems more comfortable for our pup to wear everyday and sleep in. Very easy to take on/off. No heavy metal d-ring and well constructed. And no jingling of the name tag! We live in a dog friendly community and it's nice not upsetting the neighborhood dogs. Yay. It's a win.

The quality of the collars is strong, durable, and the sizing was perfect for our large German Shepherds. The name plates are legible and clean looking. Not only are these collars definitely worth the money the customer service is AMAZING. I will be buying all my collars from them for life.

Just got it but it seems like a quality collar. Stitching seems sturdy, collar is perfect thickness. I love the bright color choices and the white stitching seems to be reflective which is nice. Soft and seems comfy. Clicks on just like most any other collars. I love how the dog tag is built in. My little guy loved to mess with his hanging dog tag and he had a habit of getting a nail stuck in the little ring that attached the tag to his collar when doing this or scratching. This does have a plastic circle to clip a leash to. Seems like it would hold up decently to a small dog pulling but I always walk him on a leash using a body harness so I won’t be using the plastic loop on this collar. I might break off (it’s stitched in) the plastic loop just to be safe. My guy has a 12” neck so I got the small since I was afraid the x-small might be too small. The small fits great! For reference he is a 13.5 lb dachsund. This arrived very quickly (from China only about a week to get here). Packaged nicely in a little waterproof, bubble envelope.

The materials seem sturdy, my dog hasn’t slipped out of it, and the buckle remains secure even when she pulls. The tag is clear.

So far so good. I was looking for a bright pink collar. This one's a tad darker than what I was expecting but I'm happy with it. I like that the tag is personalized and flush with the collar. It's nice and wide. It does have some comfort backing on the inside. I also like that it has non-metal options. Being in Arizona, metal isn't good in the summer
