Absolute WORST purchase ever!!! To start shipping was a disaster, took an additional 7 days to receive the bike. Then once it was delivered we tried to put it together BUT it was missing pedals and brake cables. Then to top it off the handlebars were broken and the brake caliper brackets were welded on backwards so the wheels could not ever spin unless you removed the brake pads. To which if we don’t have brake cables the brake pads serve no purpose. HORRIBLE is an understatement on how to describe this product. Price is reasonable (especially considering the recently added import taxes), and it is reasonably straightforward to assemble. The young customer has been riding it comfortably. I'm taking one star off because the nuts securing the brake pads to the front wheel were not fastened prior to packagin. This resulted in loose small pieces, like washers, falling out of place and being lost because the box was not hermetically sealed. A washer was missing, without which we could not reattach one of the brake pads. Our solution was to scavenge the old bicycle for washers to add creatively to this one. Had we not had it nearby, this would have required purchasing additional brake pads just for that purpose. ... show more
