Son loved the colors and he loves riding it. But the chain was to tight. And the crank and fork popped. So after I took everything apart and greased it all. Its a great bike. Just wish the chain was removable. Its a quick link chain. I'll be sure to get one. But great bike besides that.

Was a little hard to assemble but I don’t build bikes so it’s probably easier for some people. My daughter is 11 and 5’1 and this bike fits her perfect. It’s beautiful and the purple is so pretty. It rides pretty good but we did order different breaks because they weren’t that great and she is practicing wheelies so it’s important for her to have good breaks. I think it’s a really good price and comparable to walmart. I would say safety wise the breaks could be a little bit better. The picture with my review is me on it and I’m 6’2 ... show more

LI am extremely disappointed with the JOYSTAR BMX Bike. The quality is awful; the brakes have never worked properly. Returning this item is a hassle because you have to disassemble it and pack it back into the box after spending nearly three hours putting it together. The instructions were confusing, and the pieces were difficult to assemble. It’s been a regrettable purchase, and we feel like we’ve wasted our money.
