My 7 year old loves her first bike. Was easy enough to assemble (hand brake was a bit tricky to align properly) and feels quite durable. We had an issue out of the box where there was a sharp edge inside the wheel that punctured the inner tube of the tire. I contacted the seller and they swiftly shipped me a replacement wheel. Would give zero stars if I could. Worst bike I’ve ever purchased and I’ve purchased about 6 different kids bikes in my years as a mom. This bike came with the brakes not installed and the manual included was for a different bike with different brakes. This was very difficult to figure out and when I finally did, they didn’t work properly. I’m so upset because I waited until my daughter’s birthday to put it together and now the return window passed. Just giving it a 3 because the break mechanisms don’t seem to fully grip correctly. Don’t contact seller, however, so it’s possible it is easily correctable. Assembly was easy enough, but would be challenging to replace now that it is fully assembled. Quality for price is as expected.. The kiddo loves it, and it was the right hight for our taller than average little one. That said, for a first bike to learn on, it is quite heavy and cumbersome. If it is for an already fairly experienced rider, it would work better, I believe. What is expected at this price point. ... show more
