It’s honestly great for the money but the two slight downsides I have about it is that it boosts your volume when you use it and that it’s always a very “present” chorus, it’s near impossible to get a faint chorus effect. I understand that it’s supposed to be like that (considering what it’s based on) but just a personal gripe. I wish it had a bit of a better design to stand out more, like their Atmosphere (gear Reverb pedal btw) where it has text to fill in blank spaces. I wish someone was done to fill the space (eg: Color changes, designs)

Works great for slapback echo, as well as longer delays. Controls are easy to see onstage, unlike the tiny knobs on the mini-pedal I replaced with this. All controls have a large and useful range. Metal construction will probably last a long time.

I’ve read a few places online that this is a Boss CE-2 clone and sometimes I hate how great this pedal sounds 😫 because it makes it that much harder for me to justify forking out $200 for a Boss only to sound a little bit better. It’s not a perfect clone, but it sounds really good. I don’t get any noise out of this pedal, it sounds great, and it’s cheap so it’s a great value. Eventually I’ll probably switch this out for a Boss CE-2W but I’m content with this for now and use it for live gigs. My ears prefer this sound over the EHX Small Clone (which I’ve also owned before), so imo this might be the best value pedal and best chorus pedal overall under $100.
