Absolutely love this product. However, I did have to make some adjustments. 1. I went ahead and tightened the hooks so they won't fall off. I placed them in three areas on the grill grate before tightening them. They would fall off too easily otherwise... (You can see this in the images) 2. The grate does swing a bit, so you must balance the items you put on the grill grate. It folds nicely, but the same feature can cause food to slide off the sides. Just be smart about placement, or ensure to push the metal in so it stays a bit more flat - like I did... I did have some of the carrots roll off in the one image. Will definitely put them in aluminum next time. Otherwise, I really do enjoy this product. I can move it and set it up easily. It is very light, so even a set of tongs can pick up the unit by the top and move it off the fire once you're done cooking. Cools down fast, too, so clean up does not take forever. Holds together well; I have not had to screw in the legs more than the initial setup. Lots of adjustability on it, could be used on all sorts of campfire setups. ... show more

It works good but it don’t have that much adjustment. And don’t spin the grill thinking you’re going to keep the food from burning.

    • Works good, easy to transport
Easy to set up, convenient to carry since it breaks down, and most importantly it works to cook on the campfire. We’ve used it to cook directly on the grate and placed a pot on it and both work well. We did have to bend one of the cross supports because it was sticking up but it was fine.

    • Works great
I'm giving this 5 stars but I'd give it 4.5 if I could. The setup is easy, the materials are quality, and the adjustability is excellent. This will fit over an above ground pit or you can use it on a dug-out pit because you can lower the grate almost to the ground. The only improvement I'd like to see are some retaining chains that prevent the grate from moving away from you when you put on / take off your food. I solved this using a few feet of chain I bought at ACE for about $3. I made 3 lengths of chain that hook onto the grate and wrap around each leg. Took me 10 minutes to make this perfect, so, I wanted to mention this but really it's not a big problem and easy to address if the grate swing bothers you. The size of the grate is also just right. It will easily fit 5-6 burgers or a bunch of sausage. Once it cools off you can just take out the grate and fold up the legs by grabbing them at the top. I put mine in the pool box to keep them out of the weather. Overall this is easy to use, very adjustable, made from good materials and works as expected. ... show more

Absolute garbage!! DO NOT BUY!! Thin chains melted within an hour. Ruined my soup. Ruined the whole weekend. I wish I could give a zero star review. Joyfair products products have made the Do Nor Buy List.
