I use this fireplace in my bedroom since it’s very cold where I am right now. It keeps me warm throughout the night, and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. It really ties my whole room together. Got this for our newly remodeled bathroom and it really works! The heat function is effective and quiet, and the flames look really good. I concealed the wire in the wall running to the GFI (surface mount style). It is a great feature in our bath. It would be perfect (albeit for more money) if it had a Thermostat sensor in the remote, so it would regulate the temp wherever in the room you wanted it. Easy to frame out and install. Love the fireplace and all the light options! Added so much to my new entertainment wall. Based off of the measurements, I ended up adding 1/8 of an inch to height and width and it fit just right!
