First, I was surprised by the weight. It’s way more lightweight than I was thinking. I can lift it by myself. That is awesome. It wasn’t until I went to install this that I realized I got the style without the water tray. ARG! And there is no way to order a water tray. So I had to get a plumber involved to drill through the counter and hook it up to the water line. It’s ok, it was a good thing—he also hooked up the drain pipe. The drain is designed to sit in the sink, which is kind of stupid, especially because the suction cup doesn’t work (they never do). So we’ve got it synched to a drain and out of the way. So far, so good. (I also ended up having the plumber install a new sink and faucet, so my workplace kitchen now looks so fancy.) The dishwasher is super simple to use. Press a button to choose a cycle, and run. I was confused about where to put the soap. I want to use detergent (non liquid), not tablets because those tablets are meant for a full dishwasher so that just seems unnecessary (and gross). So in the end we just dump the soap in the bottom. Yep. It’s super tiny but it works out. I wanted this for my workplace because sometimes people just don’t know how to clean dishes. The tiny washer is all that we need because there aren’t that many people generating dishes. Recommended!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This dishwasher arrived in a box that was pretty beat up and wet. I was still hopeful at this point and opened the box. The dishwasher has these black scratches everywhere and when I picked it up to put it on the counter water poured out all over me and the counter. This is where I knew that they sent me a return from someone else. I was STILL HOPFUL though, plugged it up, set up tubes and everything and guess what, it wouldn’t turn on. Buttons don’t work, nothing works. Complete BS. So when I went to return the product, I had to buy a box in order for it to be returned which was absurd!!!! So that made me mad on top of everything else. Just got the email that said if the product isn’t in “unused” condition, that I will not get my refund back. I’m going to come unglued.     • Completely Changed Our "Roughing It" Experience!
We have a lake house that we visit every year and have been alternating who does the dishes after large family gatherings because cleaning all those dishes by hand is a CHORE!! This has CHANGED THE GAME!!! It's SO easy to use AND does an excellent job! I definitely recommend thoroughly rinsing the dishes off so as to not get any food in the drain, but other than that, this thing performs like its larger counterparts. Setup takes less than 5 minutes, which makes it perfect to assemble/disassemble after use so as to save space. I was SHOCKED! I had problems with the unit but was refunded by the company. I ordered the unit that hooks to the sink. Could not hook it up without leaks from the input hose. Be aware the unit that hooks to the sink does not come with the sink attachment, and it can be hit and miss finding one at a store. I suggest if you want to try this, try the one with it's own tank, I'd have ordered that one but for space limitations. ... show more

This review is for the Joy Pebble Countertop Dishwasher - White. Once set up, this is a convenient dishwasher for small amounts of dishes for a smaller space. As this did not come with a tank, in order to directly connect it I had to buy some extra parts to make it work in our cabin kitchen - I finally got this installed. It runs well, washes the dishes and gets them mostly dry. There are no instructions included, but relevant information for running this is on the seller page. After a few months of use I will try to update, or if anything comes up. If I were to order again I would definitely go for the one with the tank for versatility. Good size for studio apartment, cabin, RV, boat or perhaps and ADU - but measure first. ... show more

Nice small dishwasher, is t too big for my counter. Cleans well and is easy to use. Doesn't fit a lot, obviously since it's so small, but is perfect for small households or maybe campers.

This dishwasher is so small it won’t even hold a standard dinner plate. The biggest plate you can fit is a cake plate and only like four and then like two or three bowls, maybe 2 cups and some silverware and that’s it. The picture they show is not this dishwasher. It is for a more expensive model how they show the bowls stacked on top of each other that is impossible in this dishwasher it’s more suited for like a dorm, Do not waste your time or your money, it is now being returned on the exact same day it was delivered took it out of the box set it up, went to load it, and the dish wouldn’t even go in its completely deceiving nothing like they say welcome to Amazon the newwish.com.
