Edit: the sales support reached out promptly and resolved the issue!! Very happy to have a working monitor! I really liked this monitor initially: wide screen, clear pictures and worked really good. Fast forward 4 months and the battery would drain completely within a couple of hours, and 1 month later I had to keep it plugged ALL the time. At 6 months of using it (from the purchase), it stopped working altogether: even plugged in it will turn on for a millisecond and turn off again. I tried using another charging cable and nothing improved. I searched everywhere to find contact information to reach directly the seller but I couldn't. ... show more

I have bought and returned so many baby monitors trying to find the right one. We settled on hello baby for my daughter and now we are expecting our second daughter later this year. For peace of mind I prefer video and sound. These monitors have AMAZING picture quality in day time or night vision. The lights are off in both rooms (and obviously the crib has random stuff in it due to us getting the room ready) and the sound quality is great as well. These are the only cameras without Wi-Fi that I’ve found to have this good of quality as well as coverage. Others I’ve tried had a SUPER zoomed in picture even with the camera all the way up to the ceiling. Personally the video is a tiny bit laggy but not enough to cause any issues from what I can see. The only improvement I would’ve liked is to be able to move the cameras from the monitor itself. Other than that I love them so far. If anything changes I’ll come back and edit this review! ... show more

I was looking for a new monitor that did split screen instead of jumping back and forth from camera to camera. I will say I love this a lot! Picture quality is great and the night time vision is also great! The only flaw it has is you can't move the camera around from the monitor. To get the camera in the right position you have to moved the camera up, down or side to side by hand. I don't mind as mine are set up to see both of my kids while the sleep. I am glad I made this purchase love it so far! The Battery life is also great I have to charge it about every 2 to 3 days. ... show more

This camera is really good! I bought it to keep an eye on an handicapped sister and this is perfect. I love it because if other people come to relieve me they don't have to download and "app" and tie up their phone to use it. The monitor is the perfect size and I use 2 cameras. It covers the full area of the room clearly. Pic is black & white which is fine and the night vision on the camera works perfectly. I wish the volume could go up a little higher but oh well. I have these cameras set up in my garage and facing my driveway in order to see if anyone is outside my door before I walk into my garage or open the main garage door. The display with the split screen allows you to see clear picture easily. I have it right near my house door to garage and trained my kids to also check before they open the door. It activates with noise also, if my dogs are barking I can check it first. We live in Dallas, TX and things have gotten a little sad with little to no Police protection (you can submit an online report for burglary) and a lot of illegals and criminal activity with revolving door. We keep wasp spray near the doors. This has been an amazing security tool and much less expensive than other camera systems. There is no subscription cost, there is no checking your phone first, its just walk by and look first. I have the one for the driveway under the eve of the house and its protected from weather. Fingers crossed. I recommend the shopkeeper bells and doggie bells on doors and outside gates, you will hear them and the dogs definitely hear them. This is my second purchase of this JouSecu baby cam. Initially my first purchase was disappointing due to one camera failing to connect to the monitor. That situation was made right by Amazon. But because of the performance of the remaining camera and monitor has been more than satisfactory I had decided to purchase another set. To my disappointment only the 1 camera version was available. I had already extolled the virtues of this product to a friend who was ready to buy it but also wanted 2 cameras. I repeatedly checked but gave up on finding the same again. Thanks to Amazon's "Buy It Again" not only informed me of the availability but also a discount. I immediately purchased it and left a message for my friend as to it's availability. The JouSecu is, in my opinion, perfect! The monitor holds a charge longer than others I've had, especially when on VOX mode. Did a lot of research and am glad in choosing this set. Simple controls and excellent picture in daytime but as with all others I've tried, the night vision is a bit grainy. There is a slight delay between physical movement but not so much as to be of any concern. Meaning there is a slight hesitation (delay) in movement.
