This wheelchair has been awesome. It's lightweight and really easy to maneuver. Loading and unloading has been a breeze. It comes apart so easy... the wheels come off, as do the foot rest and cushions. My husband has Parkinsons, and walking is getting more and more difficult. This wheelchair allows me to get him in and out for doctor's appointments and restaurants. The wheels are on the smaller size so it can be a little difficult for the user to use if they have upper body weakness.

Being a small, senior female and a first time wheelchair buyer, I found my options limited. Most chairs were too large and too heavy for me. This chair is light and easy to maneuver. Foot supports are also light and separate from each other instead of being one large, heavy, clunky piece. They fold under the chair or remove with ease. So easy for my husband to pop the chair into the car. I thought having a wheelchair would mean I would be scowling every time I even saw it. But it is such a great help to me in daily living that it makes me smile.

My wife and I planned to go on a long Mediterranean cruise and she needs a wheelchair. I wanted a lighter weight chair to use for our cruise and everyday use. I researched a while before purchasing the Journey So Lite C2. I knew the streets of old Rome were cobblestone as well as some of the ports of call and one of the features that attracted me is the more supple wheels that make the ride a bit softer than a conventional wheelchair. The Journey So Lite C2 is well built and held up very well in Rome where we visited the Trevi fountain, Vatican City and the Colosseum. Another feature I found very useful is the hand brakes on the handles which came is handy on the hills of olde town Rhodes. We traveled with other family members and the quick release hubs and folding ability of the chair came in handy when the van we were taking to the airport was full of luggage and people. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with the Journey So Lite C2. The only criticism I have is I wish the front wheels were a bit wider and bigger around as the wheels would occasionally get stuck in cobblestone gaps.

I am 5'4 and 115 lb senior and this wheelchair is light weight and very easy to open and close. It also fits easily in the truck of my car. My husband says it's very comfortable and it's not hard for me to push him. He is over 200 lbs. I give it a senior 5 stars.

It is light enough that I can propel myself in this chair very easily. It is comfortable to sit in with just the fabric seat it came with. And this chair is well-built and easy to push. I am 5"11 1/2" tall and it seats me comfortably. I would buy this chair again. I like how easy it is to assemble and disassemble for taking in my car or storing.
