I'm surprised at how happy I am with this JOSTIC LED Desk Lamp. The light is bright, clean, and easy on the eyes, which makes it great for working, reading, or using at a desk at night. I also like that it has multiple useful features built in, especially the wireless charger, USB charging port, and night light. The wireless charging is very convenient because I can just set my phone down while I’m working instead of hunting for a cable. The extra USB port is also a nice bonus for charging another device. It's got a small enough foot print without compromising stability. It has great range of movement for positioning the light where I need it. The variety and the quality of light brightness and temperatures is rich. It's got a modern minimalist look. It's dimmable. I can't believe how much I got for such a great price. A month ago I spent a few hours looking for a lamp with such features, but AI didn't get me...until yesterday when I hopped onto Amazon for something else and there it was! Just the lamp I was looking for, for our music wall unit! And I needed more light on my desk but didn't want to give up a lot of real estate. I got two! They arrived today and they're both installed and I love them. Oh, and I forgot to mention the great price. It's got other bells and whistles. Gives you as much light as you need. You can adjust it. It takes very little space on your night table. It has a timer to shut down, too.

    • Not good for bedside lamp
TLDR: Don't buy this if your intention is to use it as a bedside light. It might work for a desk lamp, but then there's definitely some pointless features (nightlight, sleep timers) that you're paying extra for in that case. I bought to replace a cliplight I've been using on my bedside table and consolidate an existing Qi charger and extra wallwart for charging a second device. Seemed perfect for my needs with the extra USB port and Qi wireless charging built-in, right? Pros: It's bright, I guess? It's very easy to change the color temperature of the light. (But this is also a con - it's very easy to accidentally touch that button). The nightlight is not super harsh, but would only work for you if it happens to be facing the right way, as it shines directly off to the side. Cons: Most of it, unfortunately. At its dimmest setting, it's way too bright to be a bedside light. It could easily light my whole bedroom at its brightest, which just seems unnecessary. I'd expect the light's current lowest level to be closer to a middle brightness. When you turn off the light, the power button gets a bright blue indicator, presumably so you can find it in the dark, which I get, but it too is insanely bright and casts a shadow of the light bar on the ceiling. The wireless charger is quick, but does not work well with a phone case. In contrast to my old charger which was much more forgiving on placement and worked fine with my phone in its current case, this charger will only charge the same phone and case combination in one perfect spot, and even then looses connection (fast red flashing) quite often. When in fast-charge mode, the wireless charging on the pad will take precedence over the plugged-in USB charging, so keep that in mind if you're trying to charge two things at once. They do share power once the wireless device drops to normal charge speed, however. Other notes: I haven't even tried the sleep timer yet, because its too bright to fall asleep with the light on, and the sleep timer does not affect the nightlight side. As I mentioned in the Pros, It's very easy to accidentally change the color temperature of the light, and the nightlight color temperature does not change to match that of the main light bar. It is also very easy to brush the dimmer with your finger when placing or removing a device from the wireless charging pad, potentially blinding yourself in the process. The lower support for the bar does not go back beyond vertical, making it fairly difficult to maneuver the main light bar in some instances. ... show more

I purchased this LED desk lamp for my guest room. It is working well. The night light is handy, so that there is a low light for guests when they enter the room. The many light variations and intensities are helpful, as everyone has their preferred lighting intensity and color. The dimmer does not work for the whole gamut it suggests - just about 50%, but that is okay....it would have been nice to have a bit more dimming ability. The phone charger is very appreciated by guests...you just lay the phone on t he lamp base and it begins charging. The blue light that remains on when the actual light is off is a bit annoying....but my guest simply unplugged the lamp at the lamp base, and that handled the problem. All in all, this is a great lamp. A very good value. ... show more

I was so excited to get this light and was faced with a huge disappointment. The Brit was switch sucks, sometimes it picks up your motion other times it doesn’t. Biggest disappointment is the wireless charger. It charges for one second then I found myself moving my phone up and down to get it charged. Light-bye, I walked to the charger instead. LED Black Desk Lamp with Night Light and Fast Wireless Charger - Upgraded Version. Pros: Great light that you can easily adjust to your color and brightness preference. You can also adjust to any height and swivel direction yoy would care for. The 10W charging pad charges my Samsung S25 phone as well as any non-Samsung charging pad. Attractive on any desk or in any room. Cons: Even though the upgrade version operates differently than the standard version, the included manual for the upgrade is just the standard version manual, so you have to guess at some of the control and function options. I am unable to tell when the phone charging is complete by looking at the lamp. You cannot use a smart plug effectively with the lamp for on/off as the lamp loses its settings memory if electricity is lost. I might have selected a similar model lamp for about $10 less if I'd known the Cons, but in general, I am satisfied. - Update - Bottom of lamp is smooth so it slips and slide every which a way which is very annoying in use. ... show more
