I got my order today on 4/22. Opened the package to find that all but three of the 1,000 crickets were dead. My tube had a package date of 4/7 on it, while I ordered them on 4/9. The crickets had all turned to dust. It didn't seem like they had any food or source of hydration for those 15 days. The shipping time is unacceptable for this kind of cargo. I ordered 250 count 1/8 inch crickets and i got them yesterday. Even though i read alot of reviews and alot of people said theres arrived dead or extremely short of what they ordered. And thought to myself that cant be right the customer had to miscount or underestimating so i ordered some. Normally I buy crickets for my lizard at the local pet store and when they were out I ordered through here; the same size I usually buy locally but these were super small compared to the ones here local.
