Description

This clever design combines the features of a salad spinner and a colander in one, thereby saving you precious cupboard space. For preparing salads, simply attach the spindle and suction cup to the basket, add the food and rinse as normal under the tap. Next fix the colander to the base of the sink with the suction cup and then pump the spindle up and down to rotate the basket and expel the excess water. I had another spinner and can't find it. I was trying to replace it with possibly something smaller and bought this. Well, it has no lid so when you spin it the lettuce flies out. If it had a lid and mine didn't, then I apologize. I don't have a lid and lettuce went everywhere and I tried to do it in the sink so water didn't fly all over. So just get the regular one with the bowl and a lid unless you want to spin and hold your lettuce while water flies. It does work it just requires some navigation. ... show more
