For the price for a replacement canopy this is very budget friendly and works. We had to replace our factory one a few years ago and this one fit perfectly. Had it up for two years straight with no problems until a microburst tore some holes in it. Ordered a second one and installed right away. I was so disappointed with this product. It was brand new and the first time I used it it leaked water all into my canopy. All of my tables and product were soaked. It was definitely not waterproof. The quality was cheap for the price I paid. I would never purchase from this company again.

I have to say this is the thinnest canopy I have ever owned . I like the reinforced corners and the vent in the top but it is so thin that water collects in the 4 quadrants of the canopy and that water is so heavy the whole canopy is very heavy. Returning …..disappointed. Don’t buy

This product was very good quality, seemed very sturdy and sun reflective. However it was the wrong size. We ordered a 10 x 10 replacement cover for our straight leg frame and received a 12 x 12 cover. It is being returned.

I bought the 10x10 in 2023 but wasn’t able to open and install it until last week (June 2024). When I finally did, I discovered I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted the seller, and they were incredibly gracious, offering a replacement even though it was a year later. They shipped it for free and made my day. I’ve never had such a great customer experience on Amazon or anywhere else. They now have a loyal customer because their product is fantastic—much steadier and thicker than the original I had. Plus, their excellent customer service policy is second to none. What more could I ask for? I’m hooked. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Great replacement top for a pop-up canopy. Just note that it does NOT have the Velcro all around the top so if you use sidewalls you'll have to clip them on or something. I ended up returning it because of this. But if you don't use sidewalls it's perfect and fit my old Pop up perfectly. Did not leak in the rain.
