    • Disappointing couch and impossible “customer service”
This couch is cute for sure but by no means a couch you would want for your living room. It is so lightweight that when my boyfriend sit on it next to me I can feel the couch push back. Assembled correctly and not all legs touch the floor. The faux microfiber/ faux suede material it is made of feels cheap and is a magnet for dust, hairs, pet fur, etc. It also shows any kind of imperfection, my dog is allowed to sit on the couch at night with us and when she gets down it looks like there are scratches all over it. Once I brush it down it doesn’t show anymore but this couch has just been a pain in my a**. I wasn’t going to let $750 go for nothing so I requested a return and it was approved but I will not be receiving help with shipping so it is going to cost me about $100 to return it. Worth it anyways. I wouldn’t waste your time, you CAN find a couch for this price in the stores where you can actually try it out first! UPDATE: after communicating back a forth with customer service to inquire about possibly getting new boxes to return or receiving help with cost of return they informed me that they might not even let me return in, they offered a “discount” on the couch I don’t want, they offer to send more legs or pillows, they even offered to give me a “discount” for a set of 2 chair for $260? What? If I am not happy with what I bought from you in the first place why would I give you more money for something else I never needed anyways. Very frustrating, waste of time. Luckily for me Amazon customer service has services in place to protect their customers from their third party sellers, I am receiving assistance from Amazon directly now. I WOULDNT BUY, you can find a much better couch for the same or close to this cost, I did. If I could go back I would have literally not had a couch in my living room for a few weeks to save up for one rather than ever buying this pain in my butt. ... show more

    • Literally broke after less than 6 weeks of use
The media could not be loaded. We have had this set for less than 6 weeks. Last night my son sat on the couch and the leg of the couch snapped off. Upon further inspection, the wood is not threaded with metal to keep the screw in so this will continue to happen. Shoddy manufacturing.
