The media could not be loaded. My son has had this for less than a month, it dies after being fully charged within 30 minutes where my other child’s lasts hours. It recently developed a hop to it. It stopped while he was riding it which caused him to be thrown off and the result to that was trauma to his face. I wouldn’t recommend. The media could not be loaded. I bought it for my 3-year-old. He is 36 LBs. Already have a hoverboard that does not start with his weight. He turned out to be a pro on this one. I tried it too. With my weight, 148 lbs, it works as good as his. Battery life Ok. Charging time Ok. Balancing is really good as a 3 year can ride like a pro in his first ride. ... show more

My 10yr old niece loves her hoverboard we bought her for Christmas! No complaints at all about it. It works as it’s supposed to. Holds battery life. Well made. Very sturdy. Holds a 250lb man with no problem. She loves how stylish it is with all the flashy lights. It’s a very pretty, shiny purple color we chose. We looked at ALOT of hoverboards and read about them and read reviews and done our research trying to pick the right one and after looking at hundreds online and in stores for a month or two I’m very happy with the purchase we made! Bought this for our 9 year old grandson’s 9th Birthday. He was so excited when he opened it up. I said I was sorry I didn’t open it to charge the battery so he’d have to wait. Newsflash for me...It’s already charged although you should do a full charge beside use. However had I known I would have let him ride it a little while. The calibration was easy.     • Don't waste your money.
Initially when we bought this hoverboard, it worked well and we were thrilled. Just outside of the return window it began only spinning in circles no matter how you stand, or where you put your weight. It was a total waste of money, and I am super disappointed in our purchase. My son loved this, and for it to be unable to be used so soon into owning it has left us very upset. Edited to add I contacted the seller before posting my review, they've since responded only to tell me to contact Amazon directly for help. I wasn't looking for a refund, or a replacement, I was looking for information on how to fix the problem. They refused. ... show more

I know not everyone has the same experience when purchasing items, online or even from a local store. I am sharing my experience with this product. Purchased this item, received it on 7/16/19. The return window closed on 8/16/19. This product is used by my 12 year old son, who weighs 85 pounds. He has NEVER used it outdoors.. only uses inside on our tile floors. The hover board is now making beeping noises, is fully charged but no longer moves. I HIGHLY recommend buying the protection plan!! I ALWAYS purchase insurance or protection coverage when buying electronics etc.. for some reason, I did NOT get the protection plan. Now I’m stuck with a 140$ hover board that is practically brand new.. I spent time researching hoverboards & looking for the right one... I found this one & thought this was going to be a strong and durable hover board. I thought as he grew & if he wanted to ride outside there would be no problems.... this is extremely upsetting & money down the drain. ... show more

Came in perfect condition undamaged. Everything works including Bluetooth. The battery life is a little short in my opinion especially with a 52 lb kid on it but it's not a big deal for us. The light covers on the front are a little flimsy as she bumped the couch and it pushed into the hoverboard. Aside from thst great product so far. ... show more
