This fountain is mostly great. I have enjoyed every aspect of it, except that about mid-way through the second season, the finish started to wear off on the front and around the opening. The really bad part about that is that it is white underneath, so it really shows. As time has gone on, it's gotten worse and worse, to the point where now I really need to replace the whole fountain. Considering the price, and the fact that everything else about the fountain still works, I am disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. I had my eye on this style fountain since I saw it in Improvements catalog, which was discontinued. So, of course we look to see if Amazon has what is no longer found. Once I found it I put it aside for thought again. When the price dropped, I purchased it, and am pleased with purchase despite a chipped imperfection on the outside. I took the advice of another review and added usb rechargeable led fairy lights. ( came 3 in a box) Just string the lights from the inside through the hole in lower right. I used that thick double stick alien tape equivalent to tuck the wire down. You should get this it’s worth your money and looks even better after the led lights.

Received early, and the fountain itself is beautiful, but the pump and power cord are both missing. Contacted seller via message, so really hoping to get positive results. Will leave an update to this review when after I hear back. UPDATE: The seller went above and beyond to resolve my missing items. They responded the same day I sent the message (which was a Sunday) and they have already shipped the missing parts and a shipping confirmation that says they’ll be here on Friday. That is excellent customer service! Highly recommend this seller. The fountain is gorgeous even when it’s not plugged in, but I am really anxious to see it once I receive the pump and power cord!

This fountain was well wroth the money spent. There was a loose piece or chipped off something in the fountain once I received it. However, the fountain isn't leaking or spewing water or functioning outside what is expected. The first day or two the pump was a bit loud. I put more water in it the second day and it toned down quite a bit. By the 4th day I couldn't hear the pump not one bit which was a really pleasant surprise. I'm very happy with my purchase. Pros: - Pump is quiet on low mode - Fountain isn't too loud, isn't too quiet. Good background/white noise - Price/Value are well met. Cons: - Instructions could be a touch longer - Light and Light Fixture seems questionable at best (I'm still unsure if the light is supposed to be submerged or not too bad the instructions weren't longer) - Light doesn't shine throughout the Fountain (Or at least the way I have my light it doesn't. Too bad the instructions... oohh, already said that.) - Back of fountain wall doesn't fully disperse water. It's clearly supposed to. But this may be fixed by adding more water. We will see. I will be looking to purchase a bedroom/tabletop fountain from these guys.

i really like the size and proportion of this piece and it fits perfectly on my patio. The water pressure is good but could be better. My biggest issue with this fountain is that it does not have an off/on switch. You will have to unplug it to turn off. Also, the light at the bottom of basin is not bright enough. I guess if your plan is to use it indoors for meditation, the minimal lighting would be great. However, I wanted more soft light for my patio. Neverthless, I had a "Tim Gun" moment and decided to "make it work". As mentioned earlier i like the size and it is not overpowering for my small patio. I added about 3 gallons of distilled water and purchased LED fairy lights for the inside. Let me tell you....The extra lights made a huge difference ,...please see pics below...I really love this with the lights...it allows you for enjoy the beauty of the piece at night. You can even see the water running down the back wall...

I love this fountain. The seller.....not so much. It has a nice light sound to it and you can easily change the sound by placing some small rocks in the bottom or top or both. I’m not a big fan of the sound of gushing fountains so this is perfect for me. It’s well made and easy to install the pump. It does not have an on and off switch but I’m guessing that’s a safety thing. The colors are very nice and exactly as described. The light was already installed. Just had to plug it in. I filled it with R/O water (reverse osmosis ) and a couple drops of bleach. I know it says the pump doesn’t do well with bleach but I guess I will see. Make sure you get one that is factory packed. The first one they sent me was so obviously used. Even the pump was rigged into a box. Customer service was horrible!
