I’ve been using this for a few days and I’m really happy with it, especially for leg massage. It works great when placed under my calves or thighs. After long walks or workouts, my legs usually feel sore and tight, and this really helps loosen them up. The heat function is a nice bonus and makes the massage even more relaxing. There are multiple intensity levels, so you can adjust it depending on how much pressure you want. It does make some noise while running, but that’s expected for a device with this kind of power. I wanted a cheaper massage gun to help with soreness and tightness so I went with this one. Works good and has lots of heads. Only nitpicks are the heads need some good effort to swap out and the battery life could be better. Otherwise does what it’s intended for

Horrible. NO battery life. I can use this for maybe 10-12 minutes MAX and the whole time I am counting in my head how long I will have before it dies, and what hurts the most so I can try to get that spot before it dies. What I likes most about this is you can massage hands-free! For back area, lean massager against the wall, counter, bed, or anywhere with a flat surface, then lean on unit with some weight, then feel the unit get busy and you have both hands free to do whatever you’d like
