Initially received mismatched side rails but contacted the company and after sending pictures of the issue, they resolved it promptly. I was surprised how quickly this bed came, the box is very long and heavy but includes all pieces. It took about 1.5-2 hours to put together. You need a drill to make it work. I was impressed with how sturdy and great the bed looked! It looks a lot more expensive than it is.

I took a gamble buying a bed with no reviews, but I'm glad I went for it. The bed itself is easy to put together, my teenagers helped me and we put it together in less than 1 hour. The bed is nice looking, and sturdy. I was missing 4 screws, but we were able to easily adapt. There were misaligned holes in one leg, which caused me to screw through the wood, it splintered the wood, but it didn't go all the way through it. I was super disappointed, but my bedspread covers it, so I guess it wasn't that bad. All in all, I'm very happy with my new guest bed and feel like for the price this is top notch!! ... show more

Purchase a new home and wanted everything to be nice and clean and pretty. The product is a total disappointment. The wood is cracked and scratched and the back board is impossible to install correctly. In a year or two I may have to purchase a new one. Please do t buy it.
