This headboard is everything I’ve been looking for and more!!! It fits our adjustable base queen size bed perfectly. We have searched EVERYWHERE for an option for this bed and finally found this. You will need to leave the slats out so the base fits. We are also very impressed with the quality of the fabric. It’s so soft and the perfect off white color. We also appreciated that the packaging materials were all wrapped so the styrofoam protection did get all over the house! It’s the little things. We love our new bed frame! Easy installation & directions to follow Velvet is a soft velvet. Nice platform and plenty of slats/supports to stay sturdy. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is the pictures give a slight deception that the back is taller than it is. I’m sure the measurements match, but I chose not to check lol. ... show more

This thing was heavy. I should've gotten some help to put it together. I feel like it will hold up for a long time, there is no movement or creaks. There's about 250-275 lbs on it every night depending on which animals sleep with me and it's been no issues. I only wish the headboard feet were smaller so I could put it on risers. I will probably have to build my own custom risers because I like a higher bed and got rid of my box spring. ... show more
