This dining set is very heavy, sturdy, and beautiful. The chairs and table feel solid and well-made, and the color is even nicer in person. The size is perfect for a family of four, with plenty of space for meals. Assembly took me about three hours doing it alone. It can be a little tricky without a second pair of hands, especially since the chair parts aren’t coded, but switching the joints around solved the problem. The customer service was very responsive and helpful, which made the process much easier. The set arrived in two separate packages on different days, so be patient; both arrived quickly overall. I'm so glad I bought this table. We just moved and the dining room is just a little nook of the kitchen and this fits perfectly, it's seems to be made very well and was easy to put together. Looks just like the pictures online. My only problem now is it's too pretty to eat on

I was a little disappointed by the shipping. The chairs came in their own box. Had no issues with the chairs. Put together, they were very sturdy and nice fabric and cushioning. The table came in its own box. Everything was fine, except the top of the table, where its visible had a dent and scrape on it. The seller was able to send me just a new table and when I received it, the damage was worse than the first one. They offered me a partial discount of only $50 dollars. I'm sorry, but when you spend $500 on a dining table and they are damaged, $50 is nothing. I would have expected more of a discount. I could see if the damage was concealed and not noticeable, but we're talking about the most visible part of the table where you sit down and eat at. I'm more disappointed with the packaging and not being able to get one that was in great condition. At this point, it would be a nightmare to even try to disassemble and try to ship back. Although the sturdiness of the table and chairs is really nice, I rated it a 1 because I would expect a undamaged product OR a better discount considering I paid $500! ... show more
