There were a few instructions that were not clear (k1 piece doesn’t exist, it’s K2) A couple of blemishes on the footboard that likely occurred during delivery. Not worth waiting for a part to come in. The wrench broke 3/4 the way through. Would be nice to have 2 Allan wrenches as well. All said this took my spouse and me about 1.5 hours to do- we made a few mistakes along the way. Overall it was pretty easy to assemble with the included tools. When assembling the hydraulic part it will require some muscle to get the frame back down, but it is much easier once your mattress is on top. We have a pillow top serta mattress and it is just the right height. Any higher and it will start to encroach the headboard. I would not recommend using a box spring for this bed- the platform is plenty strong to support a heavier mattress. ... show more

Not only is this a beautiful and luxurious looking bed, you could not ask for a better storage solution. And with the lift, you can get to it with ease without hurting yourself or breaking a sweat. The velvet headboard is gorgeous and so soft. We feel like royalty with this bed!

This is a total scam! Not only is there false advertising (ex: not as tall) but the quality is terrible. Simply terrible. Literally the worst purchase I ever made. DO NOT BUY! I don’t know how they even have any good reviews — the bed is awful and completely NOT what they advertise. Also, if you try to return, freight charges are MORE than what the bed cost! It is terrible quality — CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. Save your money! Buy from literally anyone else. I honestly do not know how they have reviews that are good. And then when I tried to return the item, my freight charges were more than the bed!!!! Stay AWAY!
