After three weeks, still sleeping like a baby with no squeaks and good air circulation below the mattress. The lift and storage: The hydraulics work well. The bed opens with no effort and closes more easily after a couple of times and with the mattress on top. The storage space is unrivaled! Bonus- You would never know it's there. Overall, I was super skeptical ordering a bedframe online. Only wish I had more beds that I need to replace because they all would be from this seller and with this type of storage.

My dad helped me build this in maybe an hour and half and he had no issues. I usually build my own furniture items but can’t say this is beginner friendly due to the mechanics of how it functions. But for intermediate/advanced builders who have an understanding of that, it shouldn’t be challenging. Bed functions as described. Tons of storage underneath and for a smaller girl I have no issues lifting it up. Stays in place while I unpack or grab stuff. I love the upholstered material too! I can’t say it’s the most luxurious fabric but nothing to complain about regarding flaws. Overall I think you get a good product for the price.

I like the bed and it feels durable. The hydraulic mechanism is solid and works well. Just beware that there's a probably a hundred pieces and it takes 8 hours to build.

I am very pleased with this bed. The storage option is awesome and easy to use. The bed is solidly built and sturdy and looks pretty too. A few things to note: 1. The package it arrives in is hella heavy. I am single woman and live in an apartment complex where my packages get sent to a mail room. I did have the foresight to have it delivered to a friend’s house so that it wouldn’t get stolen, which ended up being good for a different reason. The package was so heavy that if I had sent it to my mail room, I wouldn’t have been able to get it to my apartment by myself. It ended up taking me and a friend to move it. And we STRUGGLED to carry it. 2. This bed absolutely can be put together by one person. I did it alone, but it took every frustrating second of 4 hours to do to. So just prepare to spend a long time on it. 3. I found the instructions to be easy to follow, with one exception. Towards the end, I had to undo some work because there are two parts labeled with the exact same part number which made me think they were interchangeable. Spoiler alert, they were not. So after putting them together, I had to undo part of the bed to switch out the parts. I don’t remember the part numbers, but they are the long, straight pieces of the rectangular metal frame that holds the mattress. Thankfully, that was somewhat easy to undo and switch out. Otherwise, even though the building process took forever, it went without a hitch. Oh, I just remembered one other thing that wasn’t in the instructions but ended up being important. The instructions for attaching the metal frame holding the mattress to the lifting mechanism don’t tell you that you can only get the screws on loosely at first. I wouldn’t worry about getting those tight until after you put the struts on that hold the frame up. Once you put those on and the lifter is extended, that’s when you can fully tighten those bolts down. When the frame isn’t extended, there is no way to fully tighten them, but it’s also crucial that they do eventually get tightened.

This bed is chic and modern, adding a sophisticated touch to the space, and the storage underneath is incredibly convenient! I can easily lift the bed and access everything beneath, which has helped me organize better. A couple of tips: I highly recommend having two people unpack and assemble this bed. The packaging is heavy, and assembly is time-intensive—I tackled it solo and it took me at least 5 hours. I was initially concerned about the hydraulics not working (as some reviews mentioned), but they do! The trick is to apply a good amount of force when pressing the frame down. It may feel like it won’t budge, but as long as you’re mindful of where you’re applying pressure, it will close smoothly. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. The combination of style and functionality makes it well worth the effort. 5/5 stars!

The bed frame is awesome! I live in a one bedroom apartment with not many storage areas; this frame helps maximize storage needs. I can put things away that I don’t necessarily need on a daily basis. It took about 2 1/2 hours by myself to put together at a leisure pace. Assembly tip: it sounds like common sense, but make sure when you’re assembling, pay attention to the photos and the way certain parts need to be placed. I accidentally put two beams of the frame backwards and had to take a few steps back. Hydraulics work nicely and it’s so easy to lift/ pull down.
