I love EVERYTHING about this bed! The gorgeous black velvet feel and silver nail heads, immaculate attention to detail on the finished product. The headboard is comfortable to lean against and watch tv. (We switched from an adjustable base). The bed as a good amount of storage underneath which is fabulous. The way it was packaged was beautiful. Everything was wrapped, even the Styrofoam so it didn't make a mess. My only dislike was the directions and labeling. Unfortunately most of our pieces weren't labeled and the directions didn't always make good distinctions between left or right side of the bed. However we still managed to get it together by looking at the screw holes and pictures. The only real issue we ran into was we put the lifts on the wrong side of the bed...so it went up great, but couldn't come down until we switched them. All in all I'd get the bed again in a heart beat. Hopefully mine was just an oversight.

Wasn't sure what to expect buying a bed off amazon.. put it together by myself, took about 3hrs total. Directions were fairly simple, not much info to go on (basic picture type instructions).. so far bed has held up excellent, zero issues & it looks GORGEOUS!!! Also, the storage underneath is excellent, more height clearance than I expected & helps to free up so much space in my room/closet! Very pleased w my purchase!

The media could not be loaded. First and foremost, the material is SO soft! If you’re familiar with squishmellows that is pretty much what it feels like to the touch. Definitely took a good while to put together even with some help but it was 100% worth it. Sturdy and the storage is very spacious. Some of the parts weren’t labeled so it caused a few issues setting up and I do believe some of the threading (as shown) was welded to the wrong side of the frame but we still made it work. Other than that it’s a beautiful bed and am happy with my purchase!

I am VERY IMPRESSED with the quality and looks of this bed. My new 12” mattress fits and looks amazing. It arrives in 2 boxes and it was 2 different Fedex shipments for me on dice days But everything arrived perfectly and it was easy to assemble. BUY IT. You wont regret it.

The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical at first about purchasing this item since it had such few reviews. My husband and I bought a new home at our last base that we will be stationed at and decided it was time to purchase a more permanent bedroom piece. I had one issue where the package delivered in two separate parcels but I only had one tracking number. I contacted the seller and got a response the next day (which is amazing - so thank you! ) The second box came the next day and was a quick assembly. Instructions were clear- and the material is great! It is so soft yet so sturdy! The hydraulic lift system is very strong and I love that. It makes accessing the storage area very easy the bed is very sturdy. My children jumped all over it, and it seems like it is going to last a long time I plan to review this product again in six months to let you guys know if it holds up, so far I am loving it. Just in the first few hours of owning it I would definitely purchase this item again I do recommend that you do not have a boxspring because it makes the bed very high.

My bed is a king size and I got a 14in mattress to go with it. Bed is nice and sturdy. Look as it does on the picture. Would be a good idea to have someone help put the bed together, because it comes with a million pieces. Overall great purchase!
