Wasn't sure what to expect buying a bed off amazon.. put it together by myself, took about 3hrs total. Directions were fairly simple, not much info to go on (basic picture type instructions).. so far bed has held up excellent, zero issues & it looks GORGEOUS!!! This bed is very soft. Everything was packaged well and it arrived in great shape! Be prepared to spend hours setting it up if doing it alone. There's 2 things in the instructions that could have been written better or that are left out. For example (I uploaded a picture showing what I'm talking about) there's a part on the front of the headboard where a support piece needed to be added but it was not written in the instructions. I went ahead and added that. The second thing I need to mention is that when installing the metal bars make sure the arrow are pointing to eachother. If they aren't then they are on the wrong side and it won't line up correctly. I made that mistake and I had to undo the metal frame and redo it. So just look at the yellow arrows and you're golden. Overall I'm impressed so far. I will upload pictures once my mattress is on the bed!

I am VERY IMPRESSED with the quality and looks of this bed. My new 12” mattress fits and looks amazing. It arrives in 2 boxes and it was 2 different Fedex shipments for me on dice days But everything arrived perfectly and it was easy to assemble. BUY IT. You wont regret it.

The bed is fairly easy to put together. I did so by myself. The instructions were clear and easy to read. Although some of the pieces didn't come labeled I was able to match them with the photos on the instructions. The bed is beautiful and just what I was looking for and super affordable compared to other prices I saw. My only gripe with the bed is the hydrolic part. Be careful when you are letting it back down as it will slam down instead of going down slowly. Mine did this after the matress was placed on top. It caught me off guard as I was expecting a more soft landing upon letting the frame back down once its been lifted. For this reason I removed a star as the lifting was a major deciding factor as to why I chose this bed. Great concept though and overall I'm happy with my purchase, definitely recommend it! Side note: Every item in the photo is from amazon except the black and pink fur blankets. Also the throw pillow inserts are 26",22",and 14x20". The throw pillow covers are 24" (pink) ,20" (white), and 12x20" (black). I went a size up on all the inserts so that the end result look was more fuller😊

The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical at first about purchasing this item since it had such few reviews. My husband and I bought a new home at our last base that we will be stationed at and decided it was time to purchase a more permanent bedroom piece. I had one issue where the package delivered in two separate parcels but I only had one tracking number. I contacted the seller and got a response the next day (which is amazing - so thank you! ) The second box came the next day and was a quick assembly. Instructions were clear- and the material is great! It is so soft yet so sturdy! The hydraulic lift system is very strong and I love that. It makes accessing the storage area very easy the bed is very sturdy. My children jumped all over it, and it seems like it is going to last a long time I plan to review this product again in six months to let you guys know if it holds up, so far I am loving it. Just in the first few hours of owning it I would definitely purchase this item again I do recommend that you do not have a boxspring because it makes the bed very high.
