Much better design than Honda's own rigid adapter. The flexible section is more forgiving when the weight of the garden hose is hanging off the adapter. Probably will fit most current model small HP Honda motors.

Fits my Honda BF20 20HP outboard perfect. Easy to use, just twist into the flushing port on the engine then screw the hose into the garden hose fitting . The salt away attachment also fits/works with this flushing tool. Good quality as well.
