Ordered this headset to replace and upgrade my Jlab Neon (which I loved) - I had dropped it too many times. It was still working well, just a lot of body damage and wear. Was impressed with this Studio model immediately. Richer sound and very comfortable. Unfortunately, just beyond the Amazon return window, the microphone began to fail periodically. Not good for business calls. I called Jlab and worked with Steve. He was great. As soon as he heard the poor mic performance, he immediately sent me a replacement directly from his office. I had it in two days and it's working flawlessly. Bravo Steve and Jlab!

Way back during my first 2 years of highschool I had a grey & blue pair of Jlabs that I absolutely loved. They'd stayed strong through continuous daily use for my buss rides to and from school and after a few bumps left the volume buttons broken. One day they just disappeared for whatever reason and until now I've been getting by with crappy earbuds that cut into my lobes. I've gotta say my nostalgia was right on point with these guys. They sound just as good as I remember, the mode switch is faster than I remember, and the faux leather is nice. I can't recommend that you get these enough if you're on a budget. I got mine used (and in premium condition too! Lucky me!) and the only regret I have is that I couldn't find a used pro set for cheaper than a new pair!

I usually only buy JLab headphones. I find their price to be fair for the quality of product I receive. I really wanted to like these headphones and give a 5 star review, but the ear pieces are a struggle for me. I have what I think are smaller ears and these can be painful around the ears sometimes. The sound is great and I really like how they fold up. They are easy to adjust, but I have to find the exact placement or they can't be worn for extended periods. I'm not sure if its the foam size or what. I got these for around $20. Any more and I would have returned them.

I would say these are amazing for their price. I bought these in April and they have worked perfectly for me. Before having these, the Bluetooth ones, i had two pairs of the wired ones which also worked really good for me. Anyways, the battery lasted SO long and I've never had them die on me. It tells you when the battery is full, medium, or low right as you connect them to your device. They are really comfortable and have great audio. I can't talk about durability because unfortunately my brother has broken them. So you might not want to throw them around. These headphones have grown sentimental value on me and I can't wait til I get another pair.
