Better than I first thought
I bought these for my morning run thinking that I could have them play the music on my phone and still hear the prompts from my Samsung Frontier watch. Well, it didn't work exactly how I wanted, but they are still a big improvement from what I was doing before. These earbuds actually stay in my ears through my whole 1 hour+ run without having to adjust them several times. It's so much better than the other ones I've been using. These may not have the best sound of all the earbuds I've tried, but they are the best ones I've had for during my workouts. One thing to know is that if the buds don't charge after you put the cush fins on, it's because you need to take the fins that are already on them off first. Also, if the sound sounds off, try changing the ear tips and twist them in your ear a bit to get them adjusted properly. Edit - After using these for almost a year, I just bought a new pair. My first pair still work great. In fact, I use these for my job doing transcription. Awesome, awesome ear buds for this price point. I wanted to update my review with some features I've discovered in this past year that I didn't even know these will do. These will actually pause the audio when you take an ear bud out of your ear, either one. I was shocked when I first realized it. I mean, I have never had any headset that would do that, let alone for under $30. Another cool thing is that the multipoint feature is more advanced that I thought. I have the buds paired to both my computer and my cell phone. If I'm working and go to take a break and listen to something on my phone, I don't even have to pause the audio on my computer or switch anything over. If I press play on my phone, it will automatically pause the audio on my computer and switch over. I am very impressed. One other thing that I want to mention is that if you feel the sound is not as loud as you think it should be, try a larger silicone tip. Usually, I need to use the smaller sizes, but I thought the buds started to feel like they might fall out. After I put the larger tips on, I noticed an improvement in the volume and the sound quality overall. The one slight drawback was that one ear bud suddenly stopped functioning at all one day, and it was going to cost more than the original purchase price to send it to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Disappointed (at first, until I was able to get hold of someone from JLab here on Amazon)
The charging case stopped charging one earbud after 3 months. I went to their website to try to get them to honor the supposed 2 year warranty on all earbuds. They want me to mail it to them on my dime in order for them to inspect the product. They say they will decide what action to take after that. Why make it so complicated? Can't they just send a new set? It won't cost them much to keep a customer happy. Edit: A wonderful lady named Diana from JLab read my original review and reached out to me through email. After getting back to her and explaining the issue she had me follow a couple of easy steps to complete the warranty process via the message system here on Amazon. Within a couple of hours total she issued me a code to be able to get a free replacement of the same product I originally purchased, completely free of charge. I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service she provided. She treated me with respect and just made things so easy and hassle free. Thank you so much Diana! Now my wife will be able to have the same pair of earbuds that she really loves using. They really are nice and sound great. Sounds great, nice features
They don't quite fit perfectly in my ears, and I find myself pushing them in repeatedly. I know that is going to differ with every person. Aside from that, they sound amazing, and the triple point connectivity is very handy for me since I can have them paired to my phone, PC, and steam deck and it mostly seamlessly transfers between them as needed. I'm also a big fan of the tozo ear buds, and I do slightly miss the wireless charging capability, but the case has the USB cable built in, so at least I don't have to hunt for the charging cable. ... show more

Buy it, Love it, Enjoy it
I love these earbuds. I am on my second pair now after an unfortunate encounter with the washing machine. Pros: Good fit. Included multiple different attachments to match ear size. Lightweight. I wear these for 3 - 6 hours of my work shift and they don't get uncomfortable. Sound seals in well without "leaking". Good battery life. I charge the case about once a week and it keeps them charged for my work shifts. Cons: I can never remember the tap co tools on the ear bud so I still end up using my phone to control the settings. The auto pause when setting down the ear bud sometimes goes off when pulling it out to adjust the ear bud. Minor annoyance. I would 100% recommend these. Great value. ... show more

Stopped working within three months
I liked these wireless earbuds a lot. They had pretty good battery life, and I liked that when I took one out of my ear, whatever was playing paused. Unfortunately, after leaving the earbuds in case in a 30F car overnight, they inexplicably stopped working completely. The case will still charge, but the headphones will not turn on when taken out of the case, and will not light up when replaced into the case. It has been two days with the case on a charger and the headphones indoors, and they are still nonfunctional. Regrettably, in spite of many great features, I must give these wireless headphones a one-star review, as they break under commonplace conditions that competing products can withstand. Exactly what I was looking for
I was very satisfied with their GoWork wireless on-ear headset's multipoint feature, but when I started wearing uv-filtering glasses to work on my computer, putting them on and removing them was too cumbersome. I hoped for an on-ear bud that would have the same multipoint feature, and sure enough JLab had thought of that. Very good noise cancellation and very practical triple-tap be-aware feature (it kind of amplifies the sounds around you, so you can listen to conversations, or drive, without having to remove one ear-bud). Sound quality is good, and it automatically switches from cinema mode to voice mode when starting a videocall on your smartphone or your pc. Batteries last slightly short of an entire workday at full use, but the casing provides at least three extra charges, so, recharging them during lunch break does the trick. I Would have preferred the case to have a female usb-c socket instead of the short male usb-a cable, but since it stays enclosed in the case, that's fine too. Works great until it doesn't
When I first got these, these worked very well. The Sound was good, they lasted long enough, no complaints. Over the course of the year I didn't really need them, so they just sat in a drawer for a while. However, when I finally did need them again I ran into a problem where the hub was no longer doing anything. The lights would come on, so I could tell it was receiving a connection, and the buds themselves still had a bit of power left, enough to tell they were still functioning. But no matter how long I left to charge, nothing was actually charging. I tried some of the suggestions mentioned in other reviews to try to restore functionality, but nothing was resulting in any progress. Not bad if you plan on using them all the time, but would have liked them to last more than a year. ... show more

Comfortable and flawless
Got these for my husband as a Christmas gift to replace another pair of ear buds that he had. He fell in love with them and still uses them every day. The only problem we're starting to notice now is that it's not holding charge as much as it used to, even when it's been charging in it's case. The Bluetooth connectivity has been flawless with no issues and the ear buds are comfortable. They're simple to use and connect to your phone when you're on the go. ... show more
