This is my 4th set of JLab headsets. One set is the JLab JBuds Work trucker's style which you can remove an ear cup. The other 2 were JLab Go Work which I like best. I broke the first set. The second set started giving me background sound where I could hear my surroundings. I must have changed something by hitting the button too many times. Couldn't figure out how to change it back so I bought the Gen2 set. I don't understand other reviews regarding comfort. I'm a Dispatcher and the only time I'm not them is in the shower or to bed! I wear them at least 14 hours a day! They're soft and adjustable on my ears. A simple little tweak always does the trick! I've told everyone in trucking that I know about these! These rival any of expensive the truckers use! I love'em! The battery last a long time and now the Gen2 is even longer than the first!

I've had these about a week. No issues so far. Sound quality is good for virtual meetings. They were purchased to replace a similar model due to a broken mic arm.

These are very comfortable. The sound quality is excellent for calls. The mic quality is awesome. The issue is that several times now in the week I’ve had them, they get stuck on mute. Then you cannot power them off for some reason to reset them. This happened using them wireless to the usb-c dongle and wired on a windows PC. I had to unplug the dongle, plug them into the pc to get them to power off. Then it happened while connected wired. Had to unplug them to get them to power off and reset. These have a SERIOUS FLAW and cannot be used for work. Happened twice when a call came in at work. Mute stuck. Customer cannot hear me. They hung up. That could get me FIRED. Happened again while in Teams meetings. I wanted to love these but I cannot recommend using these in a work setting at all.

They are loud but after time they do become uncomfortable. They fit perfectly and the connection via USB & Bluetooth is simple. Its a great buy for the price.

These worked fairly ok as far as sound, did have regular issues getting them to connect to different devices I have to use, but outside of REALLY not liking Chromebooks, it was ok. Till without warning, it simply died mid call, during a very important call, not a good thing. It's barely 8 months old and was not used harshly, or even daily. Of course the return window closed 2 months after purchase. Very disappointed because everyone I asked about what kind of headset with mic to get, all recommended Jlab, this one in particular. They get heavy use on theirs, I apparently got the dud of the batch. Hesitant to try them again, but I'm on a fixed income , so some 200 dollar pair is out of the equation. Going to look around at other brands, because I can't afford to replace these things every few months. I can't afford avocado toast or 5 dollar coffee , let alone repeat buying headsets, I have Android money, not Apple.

I used the headset for about 7 hours just fine but then the mute stopped working. I could not unmute myself. I had to disconnect and turn the set off then on which worked, but it then would not work inside my VD. I tried a second time hoping it was a fluke. Not 1 hr into my shift this happened again. They are well built compared to the 1st gen options (i had 3 of those and they broke) but I can not restart my systems through the day to work around the mute issue.

I have bought 4 pair of these now. The first one’s side piece broke. But it looks like they’ve improved the design so I bought 3 more, for home, work and a coworker on Prime day. The sound is very high quality. We use them for Teams calls but I also listen to music with mine and I’m very happy with them. I bought another brand in the interim and didn’t like the design or sound quality nearly as well. Easy to mute with button on ear piece.
