    • Great trampoline but could use a few improvements.
The media could not be loaded. We love this trampoline as a family of 4. It was pretty easy to assemble but we were missing a few springs. I contacted the company and they shipped out the missing parts very quickly. I think it took 2 or 3 days, and we were able to complete the assembly. I noticed a few things that could be helpful for someone buying this. The bolts are strong but fragile. They will break if you overnighter them. They are held strong by a lock washer on each bolt and nut set. Trust this setup. Also I had to purchase a grommet set for the outside blue padding. We only have 1 person jump at a time but we sometimes have people sitting off to the side on the pad. If you don't fasten it down it will flop over a bit and be dangerous. I put the grommets on and zip tied to the ring. Overall a lot of fun so far though. Customer service was great as well about the missing parts. ... show more

very solid - we have multiple big trampolines in the neighborhood and this is noticeably more sturdy. thicker metal and additional braces, huge difference for bigger/multiple kids or adults. very happy with the purchase.

We bought a super cheap ($200) 14’ dia. trampoline at a local brick and mortar sporting goods store that didn’t last our 3 kids 18 months. I spent a lot of time looking for one that seemed like higher quality but not crazy expensive. This seems to fit the bill well. Hoping the D-ring straps that the springs hook to don’t start pulling out of the main jump fabric like the last one. My oldest, 11yo son, uses this thing probably every day, we’re talking acrobatic crazy stuff (he’s amazing) so far very happy with it. ... show more

They sent extra hardware so it wasn't a big deal, but the carriage bolts provided seem cheap. I think we used ALL the extra hardware. Instalation instructions weren't the best either, very vague and deffinately did some backwards work once I realized I was messing up. It's been 6 months and so far this trampoline has been AMAZING! It's really nothing super special, but I really like how the poles are away from the netting and that it can safely support my wife and I both being on the trampoline. I've seen springs break off and go shooting before overloading a trampoline with an adult jumping one before. It was in our price range. Not cheap, but not too expensive. kids needed a new trampoline. We did a ton of reading reviews. Settled on this one. It arrived quickly. Every part accounted for. My children (18, 15, and 13) assembled it together so while I can't personally speak to assembly... I think that the fact that 3 teenagers did it on their own without any supervision speaks for itself. It is very very sturdy. The safety net is awesome and well constructed. It does not feel nice on the feet climbing up the ladder bars but who cares about that, you're there to bounce not hang out on the ladder. The trampoline itself is wicked awesome with outstanding bounce. I recommend buying this trampoline along with one of those bright disco lights you put the light under the trampoline and jump on it at night with loud music. That is very fun. Also try one of the huge "inflataballs" that makes it even crazier. ... show more

Trampoline is well made, all the parts were present. It is a bit of a task to assemble and you should def have two people as this will make everything much easier. We have had it up for over a month now and everythin g is working fine.

    • Not as good as I expected it to be
I don't normally give a review but this trampoline is not what I expected!! I think it's cheaply made, the instructions are not helpful AT ALL! After setting it up I was concerned about safety & I was right after being set one day & one use the safety net tore! Now trying to get awhole of customer service & I get a voice mail right away leave a message & 2 days later no response. This thing was not cheap in cost or easy to put together or good safe quality! If I could send it back I would!!! I want my grandkids to be able to be on it & be safe- the safety net is crap!!! ... show more
