It is very firm. Also, it does not get up to 8" like it says. Not the best in my opinion but I am more of a medium firm person. It is ok for the price but I would not buy again. There are better mattresses for the same price.

Mattress was decent for the first few months but started to get a noticeable loss in firmness rather quickly and now has a significant dip where I constantly slept, it's a good budget matress if you're just trying to find a decent one for a little while you move or look for a long term replacement, don't recommend for usage more than a year for most people. It could last longer for some considering I have a larger than average build and weigh close to 300lbs. I'm already looking for a replacement and I've barely been using it for a year. All in all it's solid for the price buy just don't expect a long term bed ... show more
