After owning this mattress for a little less than one year, It's completely broken down in the middle of the mattress... it rolls you to the center of the mattress, forcing the two sides up in the air. I was skeptical about a foam mattress that I wasn't able to touch before I bought. Also knowing that it would cost me a fortune to return it since they're shipped in a vacuum sealed package. But I took a chance and am very pleased I did. As other reviews have said, upon unwrapping, it takes about a half hour for the mattress to take its full shape. Then another 10 hours or so to get to the stated firmness. I didn't have any unusual smells and the item arrived clean and quickly. The firmness is medium-firm and I'm a side sleeper. We have had this bed for a few months now and still enjoying it! I don't like how soft the edges are but I think that's how it is with memory foam beds I'm not sure I've never had one! Not too soft and not too firm, as goldilocks would say, it's just right!

I honestly can’t believe I waited so long to buy one of these. I’m already sleeping better and haven’t been this comfortable in a long time. If you’re thinking about getting a foam bed in a box, just do it already! You spend 1/3 of your life in bed, you might as well have a good one!
