This thing looks amazing and makes for a great prop for all your lil' rocker's photoshoots. Unfortunately, the actual play value is limited and the strap just won't stay attached. The media could not be loaded. Gotta admit, when I first received this guitar, I thought about complaining. Even though it's listed for kids, for the price it was when I ordered it, I hoped the strings might work like real guitar strings, and I could satisfy my guitar urge til the real thing came along. Nope, these strings don't really tune like real guitar strings (the tuning things in front don't even turn.) But what they DO do, absolutely thrills my mom in in late 80s, who's never played guitar in her life and shakes a lot due to health issues. She just has to lightly touch one string (once you ask your dad for AA batteries cuz they are NOT 🚫 included grrr) and then the next, and notes from a rock song come out so it seems like you're Jimi Hendrix or someone in some other BAND. (There are a few rock songs.) I admit once she had me try it a little more, it is somewhat addictive. A lot of kids would love it, of course. It looks REALLY nice and spiffy. Like a real electric guitar, only miniature. And all plastic. Good paint job, etc. Though. Might be nice in a guitar lovers wall just as display art. Or a cheaper version of a guitar to crush after your real concert, if you're on a budget, 😆 Would be cool for an adults Halloween Rocker costume too. Remember Air Guitar in the 1980s, when you didn't even need a guitar to be a guitar player and play in a band? Even enter competitions? This toy would also be fun with one of those kids' microphones. Comes in a nice cardboard display box. That doesn't really protect well fullterm though, cuz it's frontless. Little guitar "strap" included, really short. No case included, so my mom will need one. Cuz this little guitar has now become her guitar (like she absconded the tiny tongue drum, lol) and sits beside her chair in the livingroom so she can give her husband of almost 6 decades concerts. So, I figure this is a successful order, after all. You may applaud after you listen to her snippet of video. Wish I could a shared it all. Rock on! ... show more

Kids guitar is cheaply made. This will be my second guitar because the first one came completely destroyed. Strings in guitar are flimsy and feel like it will break soon.

My first order was used and was returned. The replacement doesn't work. Don't waste your money. If I didn't need this as a gift, I would return it as well. Terrible product for the price.

Just don't get it, plain and simple. There is no ON/OFF switch, no volume control and no way to tune it. We returned it next day.
