Wowee-wow-wow!! This strip saved us THOUSANDS. Yes, thousands. For the longest time, one side of our garage would accumulate water right in the corner near the garage door. It would pool quite a bit and make for a hazardous trek to the driver side of one of our cars. We inspected for cracks, used a level to check for a dip, and also looked at the actual door. Everthing looked intact. We called out two companies and they, too, couldn't find an obvious reason for the water intrusion. Their suggestion? Crack into the concrete and reset it. $2300. We scoured for some solutions and came upon this stripping. Far less than $2300 and we figured if it didn't keep the rain and snow out of that corner, at least it would keep a tight seal at the base of our garage. "Install" was easy but a bit time-consuming. I would highly recommend 2 people, especially when adhering the strip to the glue. We enrolled the strip, got it into position and then used CHALK to trace it into position. That really helped because we knew where to put the adhesive and it kept the strip straight. The glue was super strong & held the strip in place. And so we waited for the rain... A few days of sprinkles and then a HARD rain. We opened the garage door and found... 🥳A DRY CORNER🥳 Not a single drop of water! Three months later, our strip hasn't budged, cracked, warped, buckled...nada!! Nor has it allowed any precipitation into our garage! This product was money-saving game changer!

Can’t fault the quality or the price. For my situation I wish it was 3/4 inch, instead of 1/2 inch high. If you were to buy 3/4 inch, it’s like three times the price. I wish it would be easier to lay down straight. Maybe if a metal strip was molded into it would help to keep it straight on the floor while positioning it. Update after a few rain storms water is no longer leaking through the garage door. Absolutely dry. Still wish it was 3/4 inch high.

Very easy to work with. Comes with two adhesive tubes. My door is 18' and I needed every drop of adhesive. I closed the garage door to hold it in place for 24+ hours. This worked well. Make sure you dry fit it first and trim away areas to make it fit just right.

I absolutely love how clean and polished this Jin&Bao Universal Garage Door Threshold Weather Seal makes my garage look! I was dealing with leaves, dust, and dirt constantly blowing in, especially on windy days, and this seal completely solved the problem. Installation Tips & Process: The install was fairly easy, and I’d highly recommend taking a few prep steps to make it even smoother. I unrolled the weatherstrip a day in advance and let it sit out in the sun to warm up and straighten—this made handling and placement much easier. Once inside, I laid it out next to the garage door to mark off the measurements and notched out the corners for a form-fitting seal before applying any adhesive. To ensure a perfect fit, I did a dry run by placing it on the threshold and closing the garage door to check alignment. I then marked the exact placement with a pencil and yellow chalk line, so I knew exactly where to apply the adhesive. When it came time to install, I used both tubes of adhesive generously, working carefully to avoid any gaps. I pressed the seal down evenly from one end to the other and immediately wiped off any excess adhesive with a wet rag for a clean finish. After letting it dry for a few hours, I closed the garage door, and by the next day, it was firmly sealed and secure. Final Thoughts: This weather seal is a game changer for keeping my garage cleaner and more protected from the elements. The tight seal ensures no more dust, dirt, or debris sneaking in under the door. I couldn’t be happier with the results—highly recommend!

This door threshold strip is a lifesaver. I had a 4-bay building built and water would leak under just one of the bay doors. The builder wouldn’t do anything about the leak because, I guess, he didn’t know what to do. I installed this door strip and it hasn’t leaked since. Great product.
