I bought these because I needed to replace my old stock lifters and replacing the stock push rods at the same time just made sense - and keeping the project budget down kept the wife happy 😉. They say these are S&S Quickies clones so I followed the installation instructions for those, which calls for 2.5 to 3 turns past zero lash (I went with 3). I wound up with a bit of valve chatter so I went to 3.5 and it cleared right up. Only 50 miles in but so far so good. Giving them 5 stars because they look, feel and perform like quality hardware. I was tempted to knock it down because of the lack of instructions, but I just couldn't because of the price. My verdict: If you're working on a budget, these are the best value for your money. I'll update if they don't hold up.

Appears nice enough. Finish looks good on the chrome and the rods look good. I found that you turn them 3.5 turns to obtain .100 of an inch extension into the lifters. Here's where I found the issue, The final trim pieces are too long to snap in place. I found if I used the original harley springs (which are shorter) I could assemble the outer trim. The inner had to be modded to allow it to fit in. I removed about 1/8 of an inch from the trim piece. I painted the end to impede rust, but would have preferred that these work out of the box

Pushrod covers works pretty good if you shorten clips little bit. Also chrome not stable. But for that price everything is ok

The main body is too short. When inplace the hex you need to hold is up inside the tube .. I see another person had the same issue. These do not work .. 2002 FLHT.

'99 Harley RK TC88...30k miles. Had to open up cam chest to replace tensioners. Cut out OE solid pushrods & went with these w/shorty tubes. 3 1/2 turns didn't cut it for me, sounded like bolts in a coffee can. Re-adjusted & went 4 turns...big difference. Sounds good, runs good. We'll see how they do in the longevity test. 700 miles so far & no complaints.

2005 HD Road King Classic 88TC EFI These pushrods are the same as the S&S Quickie version. I had no problem with them and would highly recommend them to others. Go watch a few videos for reference on how to install. I have the Feuling HP+4000 lifters so I needed to go down .100". After no up and down movement by hand tightening I then did 3.2 turns. I waited 15 minutes on each one for the lifter to bleed down. Bike fired up on first try!!!
