I work from home and since Covid, my company has really embraced video meetings using Zoom and Teams. Now, they've added a new telephone system I access via my computer. I've been using a wired headset and found it very constricting. So, I went looking for something wireless. I can be on the phone/PC most of the day so I needed something that was comfortable with good battery life. I also want something I could wear on either ear. Given my hearing loss and given that many of my team members speak english as a second language, I needed good sound quality so I wouldn't miss what was being said. And I didn't want to spend a fortune. I was a little skeptical given the price but took a chance and boy am I happy! The headset comes with a USB cable attached to the base. You can plug that into your PC or an adapter to power the base/cradle to recharge the headset. It has a Bluetooth dongle if your device doesn't have Bluetooth but, since my PC does, I leave the dongle stored in the base/cradle. It connects with ease and I can use it on both Zoom and Teams calls and when making or receiving telephone calls. All with no issues. If you're looking for a Bluetooth headset that's comfortable to wear, has good sound and is affordable, this is a good choice.

I work from home and my job does not supply wireless headsets. I have had other wireless headsets that give me issues connecting to the phone/laptop. This one is so easy to connect love that it has a usb to connect instead of having to connect using blue tooth which has given me issues with prior headsets. The sound quality and noise cancelation are great and it is very comfortable to wear. Battery life is also excellent. Highly recommend this headset!

I've been working from home for the last 10 years and our company uses Skype as the communication method for holding meetings and chatting with colleagues. I've been using a wired USB headset for my PC but decided to get this wireless headset so I can have this headset by my computer for Skype and my iPhone. It comes with a headset stand, which will charge the built-in rechargeable battery whenever headset is placed on the stand. It comes with USB receiver dongle, which cane be plugged into the computer's USB port and it will connect to the headset without installing any software. What's more is that it can also connect to my iPhone vis Bluetooth so I can basically use this headset for both my laptop and iPhone. If you don't have a space for the stand or if you are away from the stand then you can optionally charge the headset using any USB-C cable. The sound quality on the headset is very clear and there's a volume controls on the headset. My colleagues have told me that my voice audio quality is crystal clear and very loud as well. My favorite feature is that the headset will automatically mute the mic if the microphone is rotated upright position, away from the mouth. There's a clear voice prompt that the mic has been muted or unmuted whenever you microphone position is changed. Very happy with its quality and comfort around my head and ear. Highly recommend it.

I tried several other headset styles before finding this one. My job keeps me on the phone all day, and they're very comfortable during the entire shift. Other models did not fit my head very well even when adjusted to the smallest size but these are just right, with no slippage or pinching. They're very lightweight so don't cause a headache as some of the others did. The sound quality is great. Being able to quickly mute the mic by moving it to the upright position is a bonus. At the end of the workday I put them on the charging dock and they charge back up in no time. Highly recommend.

This is a great Bluetooth headset for my son, works great with his online classes, he can talk easily and mute the mic when he needs to. Comfortable, he hasn't complained yet about a headache and he's been using it for more than a week now. It comes with its own rechargable base. Good quality sound and the noise canceling is very good.

I've tried a couple of other headsets and they don't last very long and the sound quality wasn't nearly as good as this one. I'm a logger in a machine with the CB squawking continuously and the person on the other end can't hear it at all. I can hear very well on it also. Seems pretty sturdy so hope it lasts awhile. Looks promising.
