I want to first start by saying the customer service I have gotten from the seller was fantastic! We had an issue with shipment and they fixed the problem immediately the got back to me super fast and really did an amazing job fixing my issue. Now the electric bike is awesome! It is such a fun way to ride around town and in the park. I have had the bike for over a month and wanted to hold off on the review until I had a chance to really stretch it's legs. When I fist saw the bike I was worried riding it would be awkward but supprisingly it was very comfortable. The bike comes put together all you have to do is press a button and unfold it. The bike folds very well which make sit easy to fit it into you car or trunk. Charging does not take to long and you can simply plug it up before bed and your ready to go the next morning and it has a very good battery life. This bike has good power and will scoot along at a good clip. The foot rest and seat are very comfortable. I have a storage bag that fits perfectly onto the body and along with my back pack i can shop at the shops on the square without needing to drive my car and it lowers the carbon foot print. I charge my bike from a battery bank that is powered by solar panels which helps lower my carbon foot print even more. Everyone that sees it loves to ask questions about it and are amazed that this little bike has the speed and abilities it does. This bike is worth the price and it comes with instructions and a manual along with extra break pads and tools. I am so pleased with it and it is so much fun to ride. This will make a great gift for anyone and is a great way to lower your carbon foot print every chance you can ride this bike instead of a car is a win for our planet. I give this bike two thumbs up and customer service gets a very big A+++++ You are gonna love it! ... show more

It gets me to work on time and gets me home after. I had doubts at first but it saves me from buying gas. Best decision I have made. Nothing to dislike about it except MAYBE that riding on water is dangerous. Something to add: There is a battery gauge that goes down by one level after enough time has passed. Once it goes down to like level one, it will begin to blink and your speed will slow down, especially up hills where there is very little to no momentum. Sunlight drains battery faster so don't ride when it is too hot outside. Also, watch that gauge! If that meter depletes you'll have to walk with it or scoot with it back. Also, don't ride for too long. Get off of it every once in a while. While you're riding for long periods of time, you'll feel some pressure pushing into your lower back. I also recommend keeping circulation flowing through your legs. Wear a helmet too! ... show more

I used to own a jetson pro bolt before, sadly I had to downgrade to this one. Although not as powerful as the other one, this bike is amazing for its size! It’s movable and easy to use. I really recommend it. But if you have the money I just advise you to get a Jetson Pro Bolt

i am 6 2 - 250lbs - bought 2. My friend loves hers, I broke my seat because of my size and returned it. No pedals make this difficult for me (my friend weighs half of me, and does not get stuck up hills as I did).

Just received my bike yesterday pretty excited to take it out of the box and put it together for a test drive only to find that the rear tire is completely flats. Now I have to wait another week to buy an air inflator hopefully nothing wrong with the rear-tire. I will update after I am successfully trying out the bike. ... show more
