We ordered this for our 7 year old Grandson who was coming to visit us in Florida. When the first order arrived it wasn't the colour we ordered however the seller refunded our return without hesitation or any issue whatsoever. The replacement order arrived just as quickly so no harm done. Assembly was quick and easy - maybe 10 minutes of so? Certainly not more. We were impressed by how sturdy it seemed to have been constructed - a necessity given who the intended user was. But the main thing is that once we gave it to him there wasn't anything he wanted to do more than going for a scooter ride. Keeping little ones entertained can be a challenge sometimes so this couldn't have been more prefect. The light up wheels and handle bars made it even cooler. The folding mechanism for the handle bars is a bit difficult to engage, but I guess that's better than inadvertently having them fold when you don;'t want them too. But once they were folded it was much easier to pack up and bring back home, where we got to surprise him with it all over again. :) Overall fantastic value especially given dollars to enjoyment ratio. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My son is on the spectrum, he loves this scooter! We had to upgrade hit toddler one with the 3 wheels and I’m not gonna lie I was a little worried at first. He will be getting a helmet soon mama bears🤞🏾 but it’s definitely sturdy and the assembly was little to nothing… The bar adjustment is easy and I put a picture of him on the ground so you could see the wheels can take a licking 😌😉 Smooth ride and size appropriate for many ages ... show more

Advertised as "Like New" but arrived with significant cosmetic damage to footboard and a bent handle stem which prevented both handlebar extension and latching which made the product entirely unusable. Was returned a second time when the 2nd "Like New" product was missing ALL of the bolting mechanisms to hold product together. Both products had great prices and turn around times on both delivery and refunds. The process WAS easy, but still a shame my kid had to wait the weeks in turnaround. The final product was at least very enjoyable. My advice is avoid any "Used" versions of the product to avoid such hassle, just buy this new and you're guaranteed your money's worth. The final product lights up, great for donuts in the driveway after dark, just saying, is water proof, and serves it's intended purpose. The material is cheap, and not a great fit for rough handling. The NEW product was extremely simple to assemble! The USED product had me questioning what I was doing wrong and took time to realize the shaft was unusable to even ATTACH the handlebars. The 2nd one arriving in literal pieces without the bolts gave new meaning to "some assembly required", and would not have been aware of what parts missing due to lack of instructions. ... show more
