The JessEm Clear-Cut TS Stock Guides for your table saw offer superior control on your workpiece by securely holding it in position to achieve safer, smoother, and more precise cuts. The unique guide rollers mounted on a 5-degree angle effectively steering your stock towards your fence. This angle causes the roller to hold with more force if the wood tries to move against the direction of the feed. Under spring pressure, the roller arms ensure your work is held firmly in place. Rollers are fitted with one way roller bearings to ensure each roller spins in the direction of the feed to prevent kickback. Fast and Easy Set Up The guides lock into position along the track with a twist of the anodized aluminum clamping knobs. Grip force urethane rollers hold your stock securely in position. When not in use they tuck away in behind the surface of your fence. Perfect for Boards or Large Panels The guides have 3-1/8" of total vertical travel and can accommodate a maximum stock thickness of 13/16" above the mounting surface when mounted to the T-track. The Clear- Cut TS Guides give you complete control of your stock even when routing wide boards or large panels. The dual action of the guides will pull your work tight to the fence. Material and Construction The guides are CNC-machined from 6000 series aluminum and anodized for appearance and durability. The roller axels are machined from cold rolled steel and case hardened for durability, while rollers are designed from wear-resistant acetal resin. Traction tires are molded out of urethane for long life and superior grip.

The media could not be loaded. This product, although is a little pricey, is Haley worth it for many reasons. First of all this set up, will allow you to effortlessly rip anything through your tablesaw and you don’t have to continuously fight to keep it against the fence or laying flat. Even if you let go of the piece being ripped, the Jessum guides will prevent the material from being allowed to be shot back at you and this is also a extra form of safety not only does it prevent material getting shot back at you, but it will enable you to provide perfect cuts effortlessly every time. Especially when cutting a 45 bevel on the tablesaw, it tends to always want to lift the board up slightly off the table and will cause irregularities in the width of your piece as it rips the 45 bevel, but when using the Jessum stock guides, they keep the board perfectly flat, and give you a effortless time, pushing the peace through the tablesaw . I’m not sure if the price just went up to 300 bucks but I did get mine for around 250 only a couple months ago so seems like prices are just going up everywhere for everything but either way I would still even paid 300 for them. I’ve been thinking these things would probably be a great addition to any jointer as well the router table for sure. Although, I don’t think they’re quite equipped in strong enough to be used on a shape or at least, depending on what exactly you’re doing with the shaper, but as for a tablesaw router table, and possibly even jointer planer addition, it is going to be one of the best investments you’ve made in a long time. What I really also like about Jasons products are they do not seem to rust and/or corrode like many of the other big companies these days like Grizzly rikon in the lot. They have a lot of tools and products made that have to be maintenance and oiled and cleaned or they will rest up easily while I’ve had many Jessum products like this one, and they do not even need to be treated. They never rest and are very very well-made And in the situation you truly do get what you pay for and that’s a quality product once again from Jessum. ... show more

This product was well packaged and arrived undamaged, a feat in itself. The JessEm stock hold downs were fully assembled by the manufacturer. All that was required was to install the mounting rail on my table saws fence. As fence construction varies ill not detail my particular modifications, they were minor. A great deal of thought went into the mounting rail design and making it simple for the consumer to install. Every tool and fastener was included except for a drill motor. I made sure to set my mounting rail .812 back from the face of my fence so the hold downs can be swung out of the way without removing. I work on furniture in my home shop this requires me to transition through different set ups on the saw rapidly and frequently. The ease of setting hold down pressure and location could not be quicker or simpler. Stowing the hold downs is just as fast. The manufacturer chose high quality components and the machining is excellent. Fit and finish are other manufacturers of similar products should strive for. If you are looking for a set of hold downs to increase your accuracy and safety to the ripping process buy these. They wont disappoint. I was not compensated for this review. UPDATE: Have used these many times since installation. The simplicity of use and flexibility of adjustment is fantastic. An added benefit I began realizing right from the beginning: the smaller pieces of stock are held in place on the table after the cut is complete. First blush, these are fantastic, and fit my somewhat classic Biesemeyer fence wonderfully. When I bought my used table saw ~ 20yrs ago it was old enough then that riving knives weren’t a thing and the original owner didn’t have the blade guard. So I’ve always been very guarded against getting hurt, a caution learned in the 1970’s from some errors using radial arm saws (nothing permanent, but seriously scary). I’ve bought the Woodstock w1104 board buddies early on and have found them very awkward to use and not that effective (but if you’re using those, maybe mount them tilted 5° into the fence). In preps for my retirement putting safety first and also got the Microjig (and loving that as well). For the Jessem, was leaning towards easily removable (to accommodate gigs, etc.), but didn’t want to spend ~$100 on the switch-magnets. Instead, I kind of clamped a plywood piece using a T-nut (infeed side) and screws w/ washers (outfeed). It’s a pretty fast removal now, and with a trivial changes it could be absolutely speedy. Leaving the plywood outfeed side long for now so I can consider securing down if needed. The engineering of the Jessem is really nice and satisfying to use! ... show more

While very expensive, these Jessem clear cut stock guides for my table saw work great to reduce the chance of kickback and help to keep boards feeding properly. You may have to do some Macguyvering to get it installed on your fence, which is what I encountered when installing on my old Rigid/Craftsman table saw, which has an Align-a-Rip fence. Once installed, relieves that stressful feeling you otherwise get when ripping a long board. ... show more

I read some reviews on Amazon about the JessEm Clear Cut table saw guides and thought it would be a great safety feature add on to my table saw and it does work great. Takes some getting used to, working around the guides but I made a push stick that easily maneuver's around and under the guides to push small stock through. I used a modified base using mag-switch mag jig magnets to fasten the guides to my table saw fence and it works great at allowing me to remove and install the guides as needed. Invaluable safety tool for assisting with the in and out feed of the wood through the saw blade and guiding the wood against the fence keeping it snug and avoiding kickback! ... show more
